| camp was great this week. emily (ack, why does every group *have* to have an annoying one?) got on my nerves, but i managed to keep michele from murdering her (though it was a near thing, and frankly, i wouldn't have blamed her). the writing instructor was really nice, and told me i should try to publish some of my work. she told me that again today, because i think she could sense that i wasn't too keen to just start emailing random local papers begging them to publish my stuff. and i had a ton of fun with rita, jenna, and sara. michele too (if only all campers were my age or older...). i have all of their email and sns (except for jenna's, but she goes to my school anyway). so i'm feeling pretty good right now. unfortuantly, i'm leaving for a week of mother-daughter bonding (we're going to georgia) tomorrow. so i'm not too happy about that. oh well, i'll just look forward to coming home and reading all my nice emails. |
