I am so damn tired right now. Sleep shall be soon. Just not yet. It is not the right second. In other news....Resolved:In the US Judicial System, Truth-seeknig ought to take precendence over priveleged communications. Case Ideas for me: Value: Acceptance no Criterion yet case: The truth is the truth and that is just how it is and we have to learn to accept that. I need to work privacy in there somewhere, but other than that I think it is ok.... Value:security no criterion a kid is abused by his parents. We'll call him a he kuz I am lazy and just say it works. He has been abused since he was very young. It is the only way he knows. If he tells the truth, he belives only worse stuff will happen. Plus, he loves his parents so very much that he couldnt continue w/o them. He will, therefore, lose all security in the world if truth-seeking is pursued to a great extent.(expansion neeeded) These are just broad ideas. I have no idea as to which side either of them will be. Comments and critisizations PLEASE??? |

untitled | Re:, 10-04-03 8:44pm Pretty much privacy. like when you tell a lawyer smething and since they have the vow of confidence, they can not tell unless you are planning to hurt someone else or you tell them they can tell. If that makes sence. Is it even spelled sence? Sense? |
