Oh, yes. Because I want to be truthful with everyone and because I do not want you to find out from anyone else, I shall tell you why my arm is red.

Last night I was really sad for various reasons...blah blah blah...and I scratched it. Yup.

That's all I think. I'm feeling very...I don't know...spiritual.

I'm sorry you had to scratch up your arm. Even though we don't know each other in real life, I know that it's not just you trying to get attention. I understand that it's hard. Just distract yourself with something else if you ever feel an urge to do it again, like music or surfing the internet.
