Life, it seems, will fade away Drifting further every day Getting lost within myself Nothing matters, no one else I have lost the will to live Simply nothing more to give There is nothing more for me Need the end to set me free Things not what they used to be Missing one inside of me Deathly lost, this can't be real Cannot stand this hell I feel.. shattered angels with broken wings, and thorns around their necks. they stand defeated behind barbed wires. staring out with their eyes sunken in, you see they have lost all hope in mankind. now who will protect us, from the demons we fear most? things that rape us of our virginity. mindless drones to the ruler of hate. we wont survive, if we have no one to guide us down the right path. they cry out, who will save our lost souls, as their acid tears burn in their eyes. unjustly locked behind jagged wires, beaten sensless for our misdoings. what damage, has been written, upon these lost souls? how wrong are they, to sacrifice themselves for us? |
