Current mood: crying.. if I felt like letting the rivers flow
Music: the lost song on the oldest cd
Subject: picking up the shattered pieces
Shattered fragments of the days gone by reveal only those left most intact. I forget things easily nowadays. Emotons, feelings, and other rememberings of the day:

Who would've expected? I calmed an entire chat. Got them to exchange apologies. Continued peaceful chat between once warring groups. Taught a little kid something.

The night draws close. Sleep beckons but knows it is not near me.

With love..

Have you ever listened to a CD you haven't listened to in a long time, then find a song you've forgotten about that meant a lot to you and has always been only on that CD? Which song?

Sadly, I understood about 95% of that. o.0

Dances with Leah
Yay!! The white girl dance!

QotD: Not really a song that means a lot to me...not many songs really hit me like that. A few dave songs, but I listen to them constantly, so that doesnt count. I did, however find an LFO cd recently. I was like wow...LFO...they're great for like..2 songs. Then you get sick of them. Fairly original style though, sort of. Refreshing during the boy band era. I guess. Anyways.. I used to like them. I guess they weren't hot enough to last. Or people realized that they were singing the same song on every track. But then again, who wasn't at that time? Ah, middle school...

Wow! Never found anyone else that used my ensignia, 'SeraphimRhapsodies'. I googled it and this was in the list! ha. Neat.

I didn't understand as much as Lauren, but fragmented thoughts are something we experience too much lately. Need... sleep...

As for the song... I guess the prime example for me would be "Reunion" from the Benoit-Freeman Project CD my mom has... jazzy stuff. It's a song from when I was a lot younger, so it brings back a lot of different memories of car trips and vivid imaginings that I wish I could capture and show the world. That's not the only song though, there is another one that has no name... I made it up on piano when my keyboard still worked. There was a song in a movie or commercial or something that sounded a lot like it recently. Brought back a flood of memory. Ah, you gotta love how environmental cues can help your retrieval from long-term memory to your short-term/working memory as described in the Atkinson-Shiffrin model of the memory... *trails off into IB exam essay* Haha, it's 11 and I'm overtired. Forgive me? ^^;
