| MERRY XMAS!! First event: Relationships- lets take a celebrity example: Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart - ford is much older..yet no one blinked an eye when the two started going out ON THE OTHER HAND Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher:all of a sudden theres an uproar and a media frenzy... seriously...whats the big deal????????????????????? why is it so surprising for a woman to go out with a younger man?..... Second event: Jobs - you see a women football player, a firewoman, a policewoman, a women CEO, and everyone wonders whats wrong with her..or who she slept with to get there.. why is it that people believe that women cannot do everything men can?? im not sayin one gender is better than the other..but do you have to look shocked when a woman plays football (actually the past weekend, a first woman to score a point in a game, same one who was the first woman to play in a Division 1 game) The same thing happens with guys: if you see a guy who cooks, or gives haircuts, or is in fashion, people automatically assume hes gay,which does not have to be true at ALL!!!!!! Third Event: Sex - when a man goes out with a lot of women, hes a playa, or a pimp and is looked up to but when a woman goes out with many men, she's called a slut, a whore, a hooch, and looked down on to WTF is that? why is it that the same thing is looked up to in one gender while looked down upon in the other? I hope you all liked my little lesson in life for today..i was a little b o r e d....and THOUGHTFUL today.... |
