| My grandpa died on saturday night. What a way to start a entry. It's okay though. He was 92, and he lived a good life. I got to say my final goodbyes to him three weeks ago, before he went totaly downhill. His death was painless, which is a good thing. I'm happy i never saw him while he was comatose. Two of my grandparents were already dead before i was born, and another went clinically crazy 10 years ago, so my grandpa was basically the only grandparent i knew. I'm not going to lie and say i had a real close relationhip with him, but i definitely saw him a lot and talked with him. He was a great man though. Hopefully he has gone on to a better place. And to quote Forrest Gump(which i've watched like 5 times this weekend on hbo), "Thats all I've got to say about that." So anyways, i wont be at school from wednesday to friday, as i am going up to pennsylvania for the funeral. I get to see my brother though, which is cool. At least i get to take my chem an math tests before i leave!! (Bangs head against monitor) Semper fi guys Drew |

4thReich | who's 4thReich, 11-18-02 3:49pm im sure i would have more to say if i knew hat a comatose was, or if i knew anyone that ever died, but i dont. so i will offer my condolences and honestly say, from the bottom of my heart, that forest gump is one of the best movies of all time. also, if any of you ppl know ho to shrink pic to less than 40mb (or whatever this site allows), please tell me, i found this great birdman pic. 92 is old,i hope i live past 29. |
