| SO I read my thing about Brand New again, or atleast the comments. Some guy anonymously commented about how only "Intellectual People" would understand how "amazing" Brand New's lyrics are. Bullshit, I've seen plenty of stupid "unintellectual" people who listen to brand new. As a matter of fact it's quite common. Also I'm tired of people who get mad about something I said awhile ago. For instance, I still hate Brand New, but I don't talk about it all the time anymore. THe same case with the "emo" stuff. People keep telling me I'm wrong, which is hypocritical because in their argument they say I shouldn't be telling them they're wrong. If you believe in something, don't argue, Do what I do, clearly state your reasons for supporting your opinion. I've argued with many people about it, and little do they know or think they are the instigator. ( I'm being general here about what is being argued, I"m over all that emo bullshit, even though I still think the same away about the subject, but that's not what's important here). I will clearly state why I think something is stupid, then people argue with me, keeping the whole freedom of opinion out. I make fun of people when they jepordize my opinion by trying to tell me I'm automatically wrong. A proper way of handling a situation with me would be as follows. For example, in the case of Brand New, Stacy Cain says that she will still like that and I can't change that. I EVEN BLATANTLY INSULTED HER!! That was the proper way of doing it. You can say hey, I think your opinions stupid, but don't say it's wrong. Then people later instogate again by asking me why I think it's stupid, then argue with me, then act like I'm the one bringing it up." Durr Kevin, you should get over it". I quickly respond by saying " I'm trying but you keep bringing it up". This has happened in numerous cases. In conclusion, your perfectly entitled to your opinion. Infact, you can tell me you think my opinion is stupid, but don't EVER EVER tell me my opinion is wrong and NOT have some hard fucking evidence to back it up. I'm talking harder then beating maurice greene in the 100 meter dash hard. |
