| Well, we didn't end up going to a movie. As a surprise for my stepsister who is about to turn 6, we took her to Chuck E. Cheese. I thought it would be a fun idea to go up in those huge tube things that go around the whole playroom thing. I got stuck. And I couldn't find my way out. So there I was, following a bunch of five-year-old kids who were obviously king of the tubes because they knew their way around pretty damn well. They apparently knew that I had no idea where I was going, so they thought it was incredibly funny to crawl away from me at top speeds, and then laughing while it echoed down the tubes of death and doom. I finally took a turn and slipped, and slid down one of those slides that went out the side, head first. On my stomach. Joyful times. Then I got very sick on pizza. It was enjoyable. Then we went to Wal-Mart, that SUPER Wal-Mart where it has a grocery store attached to it. My family spent about three hours in there, and we came out with two carts. We're going shopping tomorrow too. Good times. |
