| well friday was just one of those days where you never want it to end because you are having sooo much fun! oh boy! after having an interesting week with mom.. i needed a break! so, stef and i decided to go out and have what we later called "our adventure". we started our little adventure by freeing a squirlle named chipper at the school behind the band room. then we ventured to lenord st. we attempted to find a parking spot, but ended up just traveling in a circle. so finally we parked and had to cross the street. well if you've ever tried to get across lenord st. on a friday afternoon, or any afternoon for that matter, it's not an easy task. we had to wait in the turn lane/median, and if you know me well enough, you know i was spazing as cars zoomed past us on both sides. finally a generous car let us pass only to find the store we wanted to go in, was closed. ugh! so.. we had to cross the street... again. screaming and laughing, people must have thought we were drunk bumbling idiots! oh well. off to the mall. now, our goal at the mall was to buy a prom dress for stef, and a bikini for me. well.. haha.. we didn't end up with eaither.. but we did end up with some other cool stuff. oh well..we had alot of fun... but when don't we have fun together?? we had some minor difficulties comming home. 131 was closed, so we had to find a new way to come home! aahhhh!!! we turned around in the BAGEL BEANERY!!!! hhahahaahah!! then, consiquently we got stuck between a crazy lady eating a banana.. hahaaha a banana! we laughed about that for a llooonnggg time! then sadly, our adventure had to end because of the people running menards who made stef work that night. sssooo we had quite a day! what fun! :) saturday the allergy medicine kicked me on my butt for most of the day at grandpas. we went to the state drumline/guard conpetition as a follow up to the one we went to in jenison.. but sadly glp wasn't there. well that's my weekend in a nutshell... today we went to chris and tye's (my parents best friends if you don't know me that well :)) for lunch and we hung out there for a while before comming home. all and all i had a good weekend and spring break. see most of you at school in the morning... dustin.. i'm going to say hi!! hahaha!! | |
