Subject: ...and the journey begins
well, for me at least. Today I began reading The Hobbit. I bought it and the Fellowship of the Ring today.

SEBRING IN ONE WEEK!!! BLISS IS NEAR.

the hobbit is really fun to read, the lotr books are a little tougher to get through but you'll probably enjoy them.

I'm a few chapters into the fellowship, and yes it is pretty descriptive, and mentions alot of info. about Tolkien's "history" but It seems easy enough to get through, and sets a pace for the book which is a pretty good thing to do.
