Hey hey now!

It's kind of wierd that we planned our schedules for our senior year. We're going to be seniors in three months. It's crazy to think that you may never see someone you've seen for almost every day for the past several years, ever again. I mean everyday next year will just come and go and before we know it we'll be leaving for college. In some ways it's good that we're so close to leaving, but in some it sucks.

It's interesting to think that some people are going to have the time of their lives and just be infatuated with what college brings.

But for others, college will just hit them hard in the face and give them the most rude reality check.

I think either road you happen to come across will give you something that you can benefit from. For those who are so naive, it's not completely their fault for being so closed minded. Their environment shapes them into the people they are. Although college may be overrrated, i think it'll still teach you atleast a few important lessons.

but more than being excited for life during college, i'm excited for life in between and after college.

by in between i mean when we have vacation and we get the chance to see our old classmates again. theres nothing more i'm excited for than to see how everyone has changed, or not chaned, for that matter. i'm so interested in knowing how the college life treats everyone because in a way, college can ironically show what kind of person you actually are. even if you've been trying to hide behind an image all throughout high school, college may open the curtains and reveal the bare you. and like it or not, you'll have to deal with it.

but whats more exciting is what's going to happen ten years from now. you never know which turn your life will take, and which path your life will take you through. it doesn't matter how much control you have over your life because life's unsolvable mysteries ultimately lead you to where you belong.

i can't wait to see who's successful and who's still trying to make it. who's married and who still thinks the other gender has coodies. who still has animosity and who has taken a complete 180.

i know i'm still in high school and i probably don't have the slighest clue what college is actually like, but i'm just going to say... stop overworking your brains about high school. it came, and it's going to go any day now. in reality, high school is made up of a bunch of bullshit. if you're going to flip out about something now... it should be about how much your life will change when you go to college. and when you go to college you may have to worry about what life will be like after college.. but that part of worrying isn't for years to come. so for now, just know that high school is just high school. if you think about it after dreaming about what college will be like, it already seems so childish and pointless. i mean, enjoy high school, make the best of it, but don't forget to prepare youself for the unexpected that will come.
