Arg. One of my friends like the guy I like. I've liked him basically all year, and he's flirted with me and all, but I don't know if he was just flirting to be flirting or if he really liked me. I've been waiting all year for him to make the first move or whatever, but now since it's nearing the end of the year, I'm afraid that won't happen. I'm too shy. Anyways, today my friend Lisa wrote me a note saying that she liked him, and that she would like me to bring it up in a conversation to see if he liked her too. But he's really starting to warm up to me, I mean, really.. but I don't want to lose Lisa as a friend. Ah she has a boyfriend and everything, but she said that she'll dump him if he says he likes her too. I don't know what to do. This is all so confusing.

Normally, I'd say friends first but I don't think that going for yourself is going to make you lose her as a friend.

Talk with her about it.

okay, *must offer best guidence she has* my opinion:

tell lisa that u have liked him all year. tell her that she has a b/f and it might just b easier for her 2 tell her she likes him, than have u, because it is not ur job. if she is truely ur friend, then she will understand, and it will all b 4 the better bcuz u r closer. if she doesn't understand, then u should find better friends...


i despised that time in my life where i had 2 worry about that.. luckily, it's over. unfortuneately, i have deeper, more meaningful problems...


wait...she wants u 2 tell him, but u'r shy?? i don't c how that fits....

No, I'm not shy about telling other people's feelings, I'm just shy about my own....I'm a bit strange. And I will try to talk with her about it, but I don't talk that easily about my feelings either. I feel stupid.
