| So, New York City. It was fucking great. First day, we got on the bus at midnight, and drove for 12 hours. When we got there, we got settled in the hotel and everything, then we went on some boring ass tour of the Lincoln center or some shit. Nobody liked that, really. Then, we went to Little Italy for dinner. Everyone was acting like drunks, and we were all singing along with some dude... Then we went to see The Lion King. It was pretty good, but... fucking trippy. The next day, we woke up at 5, got ready, and headed off to try and get on the Today Show. Sadly, we were in the back, so we left. We walked around for a while, then got on the bus and headed for the Empire State building... We hung out around there and stuff, then we went shopping again. I got to go on a Subway ^_^ After that, we went on some gay ass walking tour for 2 hours, which nobody cared about.... Then we went to Chinatown for dinner, and walked around some.. That place is fucking creepy. And it smells funny. So after that, we saw PHANTOM OF THE OPERA!!! It was SO AWESOME. We had like front row seats. That really has to have been the highlight of my summer. Or my year. I had wanted to see that since 4th grade. I cried. That was like the awesomest thing ever, though. So the last day (yesterday) we went to the Statue of Liberty, and hung out there, and went to some immigrant building thing... Then, we went to battery park, and got a bunch of knock offs. Haha. After that, we did some last minute shopping in Time Square, then we got on the bus, and came home. Crazy trip. Killian's dad and Beanie said I didn't act like a tourist. So yeah. I'm cool. And that's about it. I miss you :( |
