I don't know it by heart but if you View Source on my journal and scroll down to where it says "body, td, font, div, p" (it's not that far down, right under the scrollbar stuff)

Copy from the style past the first end style and down to the next after the background position and url and stuff if you have a background picture on your journal.

I hope that makes sense. If it doesn't, just e-mail me and I'll e-mail the code to you.
