Liz,

Thank you for your kind words. It's hard for you to understand what your words mean to me. I'm glad you are a part of the team and what we are trying, and hopefully have gotten started with the softball program. It's always been my belief that the only way to build a program is with good people. while it is important to have players, having good people is just as important. Which means that someone needs to pay attention to how things are impacting people.

On the other hand, you really brought your game to a different level this year. Those times when you did get down you allowed yourself to be brought back up. You didn't take anyone else down with you, which is also important. And while the things you do while your playing are not perfect form (or anywhere close) you seem to get the job done.

I don't know if anyone said anything but I am really interested in working with you guys this summer on skills at the same time that we are working with the younger girls.

I am always ready to practice skills Charlie, and yeah i usually don't do things the "right" way but seriously what is the right way. I am an individual. I may not do it right but I do it. and Mr. Smith is 100% right when he says that I don't do it right by any means but I want it bad enough that it gets done. If I could get my batting back either to the way I had it or get it to the way it should be, either way when I do its gonna be awesome. but just give me a call or you know where to find my journal and let me know cuz i can always use skillbuilding practice.
