Subject: 10th grade brit lit
i read the part of macbeth, nicole was lady macbeth. we had such a blast reading this outloud. this part was especially funny because of the fast, choppy way in which we read it:

LADY MACBETH
Did not you speak?

MACBETH
When?

LADY MACBETH
Now.

MACBETH
As I descended?

LADY MACBETH
Ay.

MACBETH
Hark!

(hahaha. nicole and steph - remember our cobain video?

"hark! i hear a knocking! a knocking, indeed!" - kurt cobain [played by yours truly]

"must've been pretty bad if he dropped the baby." - krist novoselic [stephanie]

[kurt is shooting up heroin in the bathroom]

"uhh... *trying to hold in laughter* ... i dunno." - dave grohl [nicole] )


FIRST MURDERER
He's a traitor.

SON
Thou liest, thou shag-ear'd villain!

FIRST MURDERER
What, you egg!
[Stabs him.]
Young fry of treachery!

SON
He has kill'd me, Mother. Run away, I pray you!
[Dies.]

hahahahaha, "he has killed me." and i love how it says "dies" as a stage direction.

I LOVE the "you egg!" line. I used it for a while after we did the play, then forgot it, but, now, thanks to you.. I remember it once again! w00t.
