In Fable, yes.

I have three "tattoo cards" that let me get tattoos. One goes on the back, one on the chest and one is a really ugly scary face tattoo. I have to go to the tattoo guy to get em done. My friend Ben says the traders will do them though.

I want the chest one because it'll increase my attractiveness and my guy will be SEXY.
