So this is a letter I'm writing to George W. that some people asked me to post on here. It's quite scathing (sp?), so if you like Bush or don't want to hear about politics or whatever don't read this.

Dear Mr. Bush,

I was going to send you a pretzel, but I do not have any. Thanks to your brilliant economic policies, I cannot find a job so I do not have any money to buy pretzels.

I realize the bad economy is not entirely your fault. You were not the one that signed NAFTA. However, you do not seem to be doing much to rectify the situation, except for starting a war, which has not helped at all.

In fact, it has made things much worse. Now, being American is more dangerous than it was a few short years ago. People all around the world are very upset with Americans because of our involvement with Iraq. The international community felt sympathetic towards Americans after 9/11. They were willing to help us in any way they could. But you ruined that, Mr. Bush. Had you not started this senseless war, maybe the rest of the world would still like us. But, because of your stupidity, they want nothing to do with us.

So, in conclusion, do your country a favor, Mr. Bush. Bow out of the presidential race. I do not care who wins, as long as it is not you or one of your neocon lackeys. Thank you for your time.

Ha! I love it. I want to send him a pretzel now. Or maybe some kind of other snack food. Maybe he would be so entranced by it that he would forget he was the president and forget to "do what he's suppost to do." Which is nothing but throw our money away and not give anything back to the middle class workers of America.

It is irresponsible to blame someone else, especially someone not directly connected to you, for your inablility to attain a job. I do not see how Mr. Bush is to blame in that inability. However, I see this is your opinion and the way you interpret politics may not be the same as mine, but I still respect your opinion. Thank you madam for your time.

Interesting. I can see how you think it's irresponsible to blame Bush, and I don't think he's totally to blame. However, we did lose jobs under his leadership, and many people have been affected by that. I happen to be one of them. There are fewer jobs available, and more people competing for them. So guess who doesn't get hired? Me.

By the way, it's nice to see some respectful dissent. Thank you.
