well, its coming election time again, this year i'm telling everyone that can vote not to.

P.ditty is running these ads on MTV telling people "just vote"
wich is interesting, they say there are "20 million people between the ages of 18 and 30 that arn't voteing"

okay, so if those 20 million people that dont know shit about the issues or the canidates go and vote randomly, things are going to be just a little bit fucked up.
I think we should have some kind of Voteing school or something, you have to take a 1 hour class on the issues just to register to vote.
just my little rant about something.

just because they dont vote doesn't mean their aren't informed.
some people are just lazy. or they aren't motivated enough.
i feel like people should make it a point to be informed, i doubt people just vote for someone they don't know anything about. why would they bother?

the goal is to get people informed and vote, but they want it to be non-partican.
besides, how could anyone not know about the candidates?
it's all over the news and all kinds of other programs, like snl and the daily show.
you should give people more credit. you know the issues, so why wouldn't other kids like you?

Its not the fact that people are lazy are that they arent informed. Its the loss of why does it matter to vote anymore. The last election already shown that the popular vote in the end didnt do anything. What it comes down is the American people are apathtic to our country. Its the same bullshit every four years. There has yet to be a canadiate to step up and light the fire in the hearts of the people.
