| If you phrase things just right, our group can be really messed up. I could say: I am tired because I spent a long time on the phone last night when I should have gone to bed. Or: I talked to Ben for a long time last night and now I'm really tired. I didn't finish talking to him until late. Or: I spent three hours and twenty-four minutes on the phone with my ex-boyfriend last night. We didn't get done talking until 2 this morning. I got four hours of sleep so I'm completely exhausted. Things are weird if you phrase them certain ways. And really, it was three hours, twenty-four minutes and eleven seconds. I'm really really really really tired. I love you all. |
