| Guys. Are. Frustrating. I was thinking about this in the shower. One day things are great between you and the next he is completely distant and you wonder if he even likes you as a friend. You can NEVER tell if a guy likes you or not, unless he asks you out. And even THEN you have to worry about his eyes wandering. Which can or cannot be a problem... Stupid guys. We talked the other day about the advantages of asexuality. You dont need a mate! Have you ever thought about how much energy we put into finding the right person to be with? A lot. Especially the girls. And guys who have enough of a brain to think about the future. Which most dont, but sometimes you find one that does. Which is when you try to hold onto him and not have to go looking for another...jeez. All I want is one of those nice carnations on Valentine's Day. Is that too much to ask? I saw Charlie stop at that table this morning, but..I dont know how long he had been there. And it may not have even been for me. So yeah... I hate Valentine's Day. Its only one more reminder that guys in my life are either friends or just not there at all. Unless they're online. But..I cant decide how much those count.... Mindy |
