| Tonight was awesome. XD First, at 9:30-ish or so, Kelly, Adam, Jimmy, Laura, Erin, and I made our way to McCoy Theater for the CUP show. CUP is the improv comedy group here at Rhodes. They're pretty good. Anyhoo, once we got there, we met up with Sarah S, Andrew, Dane, I think Ben too.... We crammed together on the tiny bleachers for the performance and laughed our asses off. XD After that, we ("we" being myself, Kelly, Adam, Jimmy, Laura, and Erin, plus Joe who is one of Adam's hallmates) returned to Voorhies and took over the big first floor social room. We were all hungry, so Adam and Joe went out for a Wendy's and Taco Bell run. I got chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and a frosty. ^-^ We all hunkered down on the couches in front of the TV and commenced watching Emperor's New Groove. I absolutely love that movie. It was great fun because the movie is actually Kelly, Adam, and Laura's Archaeology homework -- they have to write a paper on the things presented in the movie that have no archaeological basis. So we kept shouting out things about that while watching it. After the movie ended, Kelly, Adam, Joe, and I migrated to the tiny second floor social room and just chitchatted about all sorts of stuff. I don't know Joe very well, but he seemed like a nice guy. Anyhoo, Kelly went to bed soon after, leaving just me and the boys. We mainly talked about anime, but sex made it into the conversation as well. ;þ Once we got too tired to go on, we went to our respective rooms. I took a shower and here I am, writing this entry. All in all, a fun evening. ^-^ |
