shinigami | 04-02-05 7:56pm Well, mine (which was really nice, by the way) was about $200, but there are all kinds of other ones that are very cheap. If you want you can talk to my mom about getting a really nice prom dress for a low price. My dress at Rogers cost about $300, but when she talked to this lady at a bridal shop it was about a hundred less...obviously. |
deloric | 04-02-05 8:02pm I bought the pattern for mine today which costed like 12 bucks cus its Vogue. My fabric I'm guessing will be eh 6 bucks a yard? two or three yards.... add in the price of thread and seam binding.. My dress will end up costing around thirty five or fourty dollars.

sike-a-delic_grasshopper | 04-03-05 5:01pm I agree with Kyle. |
jaganshi | 04-03-05 10:24pm I've never paid more than $36 for a dance dress thing. I got one for $11. Depends on what you want. If you feel the need to wear Princess Diana's famous pearl-studded dress to feel like a woman, go for it. However, I shop clearance. You'd be surprised at what's considered 'last season' and therefore 'unbuyable by all sane persons.' |
