| Oh lord I'm tired. These past two days have been nuts. We'll start with yesterday. Get up super early cause Elaina started screaming in the next room. April leaves around 2 cause she's managing. Cleaned for a few hours, watched Elaina, tried to get her to nap. That in itsself is tiring. Then mom decided to take the two of us to Busch cause we were stuck at home doing nothing with no one around. So I go and ride Apollo, BBWolf and Alpengeist with Koda. I got a bee caught in my skirt in the middle of Alpengeist and didnt get it out before it stung me 4 times. My leg is now puffy, itchy and red. Got out of the park at around....8:30. Went to my moms for a little bit and got something to eat then around 10:40 headed back to Cheryl's. We were coming by the shopping center where Shackleford's(the restraunt that April works at) and we saw a fire truck pull into the parking lot, lights and siren's blaring. We figured that Shackleford's was the only thing open that late at night in that shopping center so we fot really worried and pulled into the back entrance and sure enough the firetruck was at the restraunt along with an ambulance and a few police cars. Why do you ask were they there? Well... Someone had run through....not into...through the building. I suppose a BAC of .197 and a prosthetic leg will do that to a person though. Considering the legal limit is .08. Yeah...it was crazy. And...theres more...the woman also had a thing of open liquor in teh van she was in and was trying to drive away. Oh...and she wasnt leaving the bar either...she was coming to it. o_o; yeah. It was odd. We got freaked so I went in the door that didnt have crime scene tape and found April to make sure she was oka. The damage was worse from the inside...everything was smashed. The good news... No one was sitting in the section that was ran into. It was Kareoke night so everyone was in the other end of the restraunt! Great huh? Scary. But yeah..taht was last night. I didnt actually go to sleep until about 3:30ish when April finally got home. Poor girl. She was really upset. Out of work for a while. Got up this morning at about 9ish and cleaned up some and played with Elaina while April and Cheryl went out. April to Shackleford's to get some stuff straight and call the servers and stuff to tell them they weren't working any time soon. Gave little one a bath and got her dressed, went out with April and Cheryl to lunch and then came back for a while and took a nap. Mom and the boys showed up around 4:30 and we all went to Busch. I separated from everyone and decided to go ride Pompei, then walked around some. After a while I went on Roman Rapids and was stupid and went on Apollos. I nearly froze...o_O; After that I went and grabbed something to eat and then headed to pizza hut and yeah I'm tired. I'm going to bed now. I'll come back and actually explain this day tomorrow. |
