looking for people that skip out on bail, you just hunt them down and bring them back to the court house, and get part of their bail, it goes along with being a cop

But that means you don't get a steady paycheck. So in the times that there aren't that many leads or good bounties out there, you'd be dirt poor. That's why you'd want to move to a big city like New York, or San Diego. No California though, too many waxed homos.
