Ahh, Half-Blood Prince... I'm not sure whether to be in denial of it all, or accept it and be proved wrong with the 7th book, so I'm just going to immerse myself in fanfiction in which Ginny and Tom are in love, Draco has a crush on Harry, and Ron hooks up with Blaise instead of Hermione.

I seem to remember something of the same thing.

XD. That's about like my plan. Only -my- fiction has Draco with Ginny, Ron with Luna, and Hermione with Blaise. Although occasionally it's Luna and Blaise.. hrm. Lots of different ships.

Although, I must say, I was rather shocked when Blaise was revealed to be black.. So I'm just keeping my idea of Fanon!Blaise instead of Canon.

Yes! He's 'black with high cheek bones' or something like that. When my friend Rachel found that part, she said "I -think- they meant 'black-haired'," but, no, he's black. They describe him when they first go to that Slug Club or whatever, I think.

It was rather amusing reading about your fanfiction.

I think Harry and Ginny are adorable. Ron and Hermione should die. I think we need our pal Krum back.

My friend had an awesome idea about Snape. I am not sure that you wish to know, so post if you are interested. :-p

I can not remember what Andy said about our 2 bucks. I hope it is a blanket deal, as that would be awesome.

Harry and Ginny aren't as bad as, I dunno, Draco/Ron.. In fact, I like the occasional Harry/Ginny story. Ron/Hermione.. eh. I've just accepted it, and it can be a pretty good match depending on the writer.

Yes! I want to know! Tell me this idea about Snape!

And yes, I hope the $2 thing is like that also.

Dumby knew exactly what Draco and such was up to. He also knew Draco would not kill him. Snape made an Unbreakable Vow, so if Dumby did not die, both of them would. He couild not handle this, so told Snape to kill him instead. That is why he was pleading....Snape must have refused. Dumby knew he was going to die shortly anyways, what with his hand and the potion and everyone being after him and everything, so begged Snape to kill him and he did.

Yes, that's the first thought that came into my head when I first read that part. That Dumbledore was pleading with him TO kill him.

Of course, there are other theories.. very interesting theories.

Have to been to www.dumbledoreisnotdead.com ? I'm pretty sure he is dead, but they make some good points, too.
