| okay.. I love roman. And it seems like every week there are obstacles thrown at us left and right. Like everyone except God is wanting us to give up. But ya know what we say? We say fuck you! And we're never giving up. It's gonna be a challenge but it's gonna be so worth it. And I can't wait for a few more months. So excited. And now: I am going to go celebrate Stef and Paul's Engaaaagement. P.S. (I love Roman) |

.j.e.s.s. | Re:, 01-03-06 10:20pm it wasnt because of you. it's dad. he's so effing fake i can't stand to be around him for two seconds. stef you know he would never normally get (old as hell) champagne out and say all those corny things. yes it was a special occasion but you still dont have to put on an act. you know the champange thing was just plain weird. or maybe you dont notice it anymore because you're out of the house. but he's way too fake. he had his salesman act on the whole time i was there. and all i could think the whole time was wow when i get married i'm just gonna send them an invite so i dont have to deal with that. moms fine but dad is just fake. |
.j.e.s.s. | Re:, 01-03-06 10:22pm also, like the champange would have been fine if he had went out and intentionally bought it for you guys, that'd be fine. but it wasn't that at all. it was "ohhh wait this is what youre 'supposed' to do at parties i think... maybe i'll pop the cork" or some fake thing like that. like the cake and everything is fine and NORMAL for our family but it was so dumb how dad just opens the fridge and pulls out a 50 year old bottle of champagne out and acts like that. you know our family isn't like that and sorry but i can't take it. |
.j.e.s.s. | Re:, 01-03-06 10:24pm i think you'd realize it more if you were still around him every day. i know you guys fought when you were in high school and even before that so I KNOW you know what i mean stef. you know how fake he can be. like if you have a friend over he acts all interested in how they are and how school is for them and blah blah when really he can't even remember their name. i just hate that. there's no reason to put on an act. but i dont know if you realize it anymore because he always acts like that around you now. you know like 7 years ago when you were a junior or whatever he wouldn't give a fuck about anything just like he acts with me. so yeah.. |
