muah! thanks for posting that; it's what Ayoob and Khalil have been trying to explain...plus, a lot of the more educated speakers on the subject (not just CNN whores who get 23 seconds to explain an entire history) have alluded to those themes as well.

All of this has me in a tizzy quite honestly. I mean, Ayoob isn't freaking out about it, he even said something like, "You and I don't really feel like going out into the streets and lighting fires...but that's not what we're concerned with."

What makes me more mad are the American responses. My hot-headed Roman Catholic Sicilian friend Anthony is driving me crazy. We'll talk about this face to face soon.
