| Charter can suck my ass. Consumers energy can suck my ass. Both representatives I spoke with on the phone spelled my last name wrong. Charters spelling of Van Zoest is "Banzoest" Consumers spelling of Van Zoest is "Van Coest" I don't have a lisp. I don't have a speech impediment. I'm not retarded. I don't studder. I speak rather clearly when spelling my name on the telephone. I think the representative I spoke with from Consumers was black. That however is still not an excuse. The representative I spoke with from Charter was maile. That again however, is still not an excuse. Charter is all straigtened out. Now on to Consumers. Bitches. |
