| i am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO fucking sunburnt...shocking, i know. i even had sun tan lotion on, or whatever that crap is, that apparently doesnt work for shiz. anyways, our rafting trip yesterday was pretty awesome i guess, it ended up only being about 20-25 people instead of the 40 we had thought thanks to people bailing out at the last second. we started below the dam at croton hardy and went about 4 miles down river, and it seemed like it took forever! it started out nice and sunny, but before long it got cloudy. then, being michigan, after that it started to storm when we were almost done w/ the trip. at one point it was raining so hard that we all got off the river and took shelter ( the rain was FREEEEZING, and the wind didnt help either) to keep at least a little warm i took my tube and dumped all the water outta it and then held it above my head so me and my skinny / freezing cousin kerri could stand under it. after we all decided to start goin again we all just wanted to get the fuck off the river, but the river water was warmer then the air and it felt really nice after being so cold just standing there. now here i sit at work, hoping that someone can come in so i can go home and not have to wear a shirt. me = super burnt /nod |
