| I'm safely back in Michigan. After 14+ hours of travel each way. Can you believe I didn't see the light for 12 hours?! At least. I mean the sun went down in Georgia around 6 and didn't come up in Michigan till like 7:30. But see those times are irrelevant now. I mean I learned my perception of time isn't crazy. It's actually pretty natural. But since I'm in school and work and all that bullshit I have to go with that senseless "linear time" model. Alas, alas, one day it will be behind me. On the business side of things the weekend was waaaaaaaaay more than I EVER could've expeceted. I mean I just didn't know about these people. Where have they been hiding? I mean we all hear the myths of the saints, the food-not-bombers, the wandering hippies and the puppetistas. But to meet them in the flesh is another thing entirely. They had the world to offer me and I had nothing to offer them but my energy and my gratitude. We're really close to beating this though, if anyone cares you should write to your reps. Fuck being "anarchistly politically correct". If legislation gets the job done, it gets the job done. When I am of sound mind I'll give some specifics if anyone's interested. (even if you're not) I'm sorry if none of this made sense. You don't understand, I was reborn. |
