| "Sometimes I wonder why I'm even trying again.." Again. AGAIN I'm sitting alone, drowning in sad songs.. just waiting for YOU. Shouldn't you know to rescue me from this cycle of sad memories? You must not notice (Or maybe you want to forget) the piece of my heart that was burned and blackened when you lit that flame. Sometimes I can still see the ember flickering.. feel the heat trying to scar me again. When does it all get perfect again? How many times am I going to look into your smiling eyes and tell myself it might be the same one day? Small things throw me into the dark.. how long do you really think you'll keep that sun in the sky, before you realize it's too much? I'm so terrified that I’ll be left broken all over again.. |
