I've decided to start keeping a planner to keep track of when I diet or when I have to eat because someone buys food for me. I never have to worry about not having food. Everyone is too focused on eating.

I've seen a couple of people on Instagram keep track of their weight by having a planner. I never knew of this idea and never understood why we have to keep track after we get off track. It's nice to know when we don't binge and which days we restrict. It's to remind me what works and what doesn't.

i usually eat what i like but with covid this year it means i haven't really been out and haven't burnt anything off so i'm up in the high 170s. i'd like to get back down to the 160s
