Life…

I leave all communications for a few days while my brother is here. He arrived on Thursday. Went to the Cracker Barrel for lunch. That was extremely good. There was a cute waiter, straight though. I had to go to Menards and get my piss test. Then I took it to the clinic and waited forever. Once I get the cup, I receive instructions to fill it up to the white line, not above or below, to the line. After they tell you not to go to the bathroom and make you wait forever, you really have to go. Then the stupid white line. For some reason it did not occur to me to fill up the cup and then pour it out so it was at the line. I started and stopped until I had it exactly at the line. I forgot how much it hurt to stop when you really have to finish peeing. Then they can’t even get the report to Menards. I have to take it to them.

After the piss test we go to the mini golf course in Portage. It was fun, Marshall was entertaining and kept picking up his ball rather than playing it where it landed. Went to that Chinese/Thai place in Maple Hill Mall for dinner. Food was great again. Reminded me of a certain shirt that was lost the first night I went there with Mike and Jeremy. Rented a movie and watched that. Treasure Planet. I think Marshall could have cared less, but it was pretty good. Went swimming at their hotel, small pool but it was nice to go swimming.

Went to Binder Zoo on Friday. That was really fun. Gift shop was a rip off, but that’s to be expected. Then we had some dinner at Panera Bread. Not very good and it was pretty expensive. The lady taking our order was a complete idiot. She couldn’t figure out a Jones soda. After that we went to Blues Clues thing at Miller. I’m annoyed with Western again. I was going to take my brother and family up to the top floor to look around. They had it blocked off; you could only get up there if you had the nosebleed ticket. Since I paid the extra to get the tickets up front I can’t go to the top floor to look around. There is a lobby up there, it’s not like they couldn’t require the tickets at the door to enter the seating. They had to have the ticket before you could go to that floor. It was a good show for a children’s thing. Joe, Blue’s friend was cute, that helped. I think it’s funny that they guy that Joe replaced died of a Coke overdose after they threw him off the show. Most shows force you into rehab, a children’s show just kicked the guy off sending him in even deeper. Went swimming again, which finished up Friday.

Today we went to the Air Zoo in Portage. Really nice museum. $10 per person, but nice displays and tour. Went to Peter Piper Pizza for lunch. Good pizza for $4 all you can eat.

I opened Hotmail and Woohu as soon as they left. I didn’t expect there to be that much mail waiting. Lots of things are happening. Lots of people seem depressed and happy at the same time. Steve started making entries again, first time I’ve noticed that he wasn’t happy. Signs were probably there, I just never noticed them before. Andy appears to be doing well. Mike seems to be good other than being lonely. Mel & Jeremy are patching their friendship/relationship. Jason doesn’t seem to be saying much, but from Stef it seems their doing better.

I guess I missed a lot being gone for two days.
