The Red Baron conked out today.

Stalled really.

Nick's thinking that it's the emergency gas shut off thingy.

Nothing big, I think.

No. Nothing big. It's just a car.

Worse things could happen than a car stalling. Worse things could happen.

It'll be alright.

I love you all.

P.S. My mommy threw out my brownies. She said they were too old. I just ate one earlier today. And one yesterday.

You could have sex with two people in the backseat of Nick's car.

Not that you'd want to.

So Nick has his car now. It's pretty sweet. And very loud.

It's red, it's German, and we're calling it the Red Baron from now on.

I'm thinking we need to put Snoopy on it somewhere.

I don't know. That was it. I just had to talk about how awesome Nick's car is. I'm tired.

I love you all.

P.S. Jeremy Lister is my new obsession. His songs are smurfing BEAUTIFUL.

The axons went hot! And are going!
Apparently, having your arm and leg go numb and having diffuculty breathing are just normal things that occur when you get one of your lungs removed. And you should only be worried if it lasts longer than an hour.

So he's okay. Gott sei Dank!

To my fellow beekeepers, the axons went hot at 6:07 a.m. this morning. Check out the new black box message if you want but go here. Actually, the site crashing with a major overload of all the Halo 2 geeks so wait a while.

The contact sites got grouped into sections, each with a title and a "loading bar" of sorts with 0/2 by it. If two people show up at any of the locations, one at one and another at another one, the title will turn into a link. The link is a .wav from what I can assume is Halo 2. something.

What happens at the contact site? A phone will ring. A recording will ask you for "her name, and your name" The answer is "OPERATOR" and the location's code name. The code name is the title above the section your location is in. [they're sometimes asking for her NAME and sometimes her NICKNAME. NAME: Melissa NICKNAME: Operator.]

Right now, jersey and yes_or_no are up. But the site is down. I'm listening to them on repeat. jersey, yes_or_no.

Someone will have the scripts up soon.

[edit]
Site's up. Off and on. Just keep trying.

I love you all.

Wide awake and physical at 6:06 tomorrow morning.

Or today. Or whatever.

We need to go to Ann Arbor. 324 S. Main St. I don't even know if that's an address. Maybe there's a pay phone.

It doesn't matter. The axons go hot tomorrow at around 324 S. Main St. 10:59. Oh my gosh. I just realized that we assumed it was PM. It's AM! 10:59 in the morning!

Smurf!

It doesn't matter. It'll be online. It doesn't matter.

So random that I don't even know what I'm saying
I'm sorry. I was just scared and worried about you.

I started cleaning my room in-between phone calls.

Then Ben called and I put as many books in my purse as could fit.

Then I cleaned out my backpack.

I found a ring I thought I lost. I love rings.

I have four or five plastic bags full of trash from my room and backpack.

I don't like being bored and I don't like not having anything to do. And I hate when my room is messy. So I blasted my The Smiths CD, attempted to sing and cleaned everything.

Plus it's sort of a stress relief thingy.

I'll probably organize it more tomorrow.

Then I'll learn how to do laundry.

I want to learn how to cook.

Before Nick called me today, I was translating a particularly difficult passage of Le Petit Prince.

I found some notes I took on Le Petit Prince. The notes were in English but every time I mention the prince I called him "le prince".

Every single time. "The king yelled at le prince for yawning."

I'm a weirdo.

My neck hurts. My left boob hurts. My back hurts.

Nick's ungrounded and I haven't seen him in over a week.

I want to start a family. My biological clock has kicked in and it's screaming, "BABY!!! I WANT A BABY!! GIVE ME A BABY, YOU FREAK!" And it won't listen when I say I've got a few more years before that'll happen. Like 10.

I like dresses.

For once, I don't need a new backpack this year.

Haagen Dazs is heaven on a spoon. If you want to make a girl happy, buy her chocolate Haagen Dazs ice cream.

Bananas Foster is really good. Like orgasmically so.

I have a foon.

I think those are all the random thoughts running through my head right now.

I love you all.

Watch the Halo 2 trailer. The one that is playing in theaters.

Watch the end of it. Look under the XBOX logo. Where it says www.xbox.com.

Watch it. Tell me what you see.

:: Mood: happy

I'm sitting here watching a Monk marathon, curled up in the recliner with the dog.

Some commercial comes on for a movie. Garden State.

I hear drink up baby doll, are you in or are you out and I freak out.

I shouted "oh my gosh!" and sat straight up in the chair. The dog jumped over to the couch and proceeded to chew on her leg like I didn't scare her half to death.

For the rest of the movie preview, I just stared at the screen singing the song. So let go, jump in, oh well what you waiting for, it's alright cuz there's beauty in the breakdown

I liked the end of the preview. They listed four artists on the soundtrack and Frou Frou was up there. First or second at least. But Frou Frou only has one song on the CD.

I love seeing the music I like pop up in random places.

I love Frou Frou.

I love you all.

How many ways can you say
Need a fix? Of the Pedro the Lion kind? Of the live Pedro kind?

Go here. When the login window pops up, login as friend with the password enemy.

And you'll get live Pedro the Lion mp3s. Right now I'm listening to my favorite song.

We already missed these songs. Which blows because the 1976 one is one of my favorites and I only missed it by a day. Anger rays!

You get these ones this week:

Transcontinental

Starting the 27th, you'll get these songs:

Transcontinental and Slow and Steady got cut short. Which is frustrating. I'll go back and download them again to see if they just messed up or if Pedro doesn't know how to make mp3s. I Do got cut off too. I'm full of anger. Yarr. In fact, I'm beginning to think all of them get cut off. That they're all sample things.

But well worth it.

Take some Pedro, call me in the morning.

I love you all.

The Cranberries should be out with a new CD later this year or early next.

Vanessa Carlton's new CD comes out on October 19th.

Armor for Sleep isn't coming anywhere near here anytime soon. Although, Alex, if you want to, they'll be in Spokane on November 9th at some place called Fat Tuesdays.

Switchfoot is coming to Chicago on October 21st and Detroit on the 22nd.

This year looks like a great year in music. If only I had a plethora of moneys or could drive. Hopefully, I can get a job during school and I'll be driving by the end of the year.

My dad was apparently rear-ended on the highway sometime today. Hopefully he didn't total it because that's the car I'm supposed to get.

I'm such a stupid selfish teenager. I'm glad he's okay, I hope the other person is alright.

Meinen Scheduleenzenfenthen

1: French 4 - Dudka [hopefully she doesn't get pregnant again and we're forced to go through five hundred teachers again]

2: Contemporary Lit - Feeley [I'm thinking of switching into AP Lit because Mr. Watson teaches it and he RAWKS and I might want an AP class that I'll be able to live through. Plus, Mr. Watson flattered me and that as much as convinced me to take it.]

3: Intro Algebra 2 - Hess...summat [I don't know, I think Jackie said he was cool.]

4: Physics Concepts - Vanderwhatever his name is [I'm only taking Physics concepts because it's supposed to have less math and more theories. Plus it'll be easy and it's my senior year, I want easy. Oh, and they go to Cedar Point.]

5: Japanese 2 - Wessely-sensei [I can't wait! This class, anime club and the fact that it's my senior year will make the whole year worth it.]

6: Psych Uno - Phillips [Easy peasy, puddin' pie. Plus I can't wait to hear all of those weird psychology theories.]

Oh, I think I have first lunch.

I can't wait for this year. Senior year, when you're expected to slack off. But then again, it'd be nice if this summer lasted a little longer. Or if Nick went to Rockford instead.

My sister is blowing bubbles in her milk.

No, I didn't know that in bullfighting they killed the bulls. I thought they just danced around until it was tired and then sent it home. The bull, after a long day at work, relaxed by its bull fire with its bull cigar and pretty wife. Then when the bull children were tucked in and sound asleep, he made little bull babies.

I now realize that's incredibly silly. Bulls don't smoke cigars, they're more cigarette animals.

I love you all.

People have their 18th birthdays coming up and I can't just not get them anything.

So, my point is, any tips?

I very well maybe be grounded. And probably will be.

After semi-shouting/talking it over with my mom and crying, she said she'll "mull it over".

That doesn't mean much more than "I can't think of how to punish you so I'll get back to you tomorrow"

My sister has a pretty bracelet thingy. It rocks. And it's magnetic.

I've had a day filled with magnets.

Hope everyone and everything is alright. I don't feel like writing about my day or anything. I'm really tired and today went on forever.

Save the planet, kill a car.

I love you all.
