oh yeah.

Down to the subway. Next stop: Battery(sp?) Park. Saw the Statue of Liberty. We decided not to take the 2 hour boat ride to Ellis Island because you cant even go to the top of her anymore. There are Haitians everywhere trying to sell fake everything. 5 DOLLA! 5 DOLLA!

Then to the World Trade Center site. Its a huge hole in the ground basically. Part of one of the buildings is left. They're in the process of remaking the subway. Its almost 2 years later and there are still building all around it with damage.

After that we walked through China Town. That place is crazy. You know something? There are a lot of Asian people in NY. and not just in China Town either. :-X More and more cheap knock-off shit. It was like god-damn Boca seeing that many fucking Louis Vuitton purses.

Then finally through Little Italy. Its just one street with a bunch of restaurants. We had lunch and took the subway somewhere and my mom and i got off earlier to go to the 10 story Macy*s. It was tiiiiiight.

Ok so we've been having problems with the elevators here at the hotel. There are 5 that go from 1-27 and 5 that go from 28-45. Our half only had 2 that were working and you seriously had to wait 40 minutes to get on an elevator that u most likely had over capacitated with people. We were going to miss our dinner reservations so we went down the stairs. My aunt "popped her knee". :rolls eyes: She has to go on and on and on and exagerate everything and tell fucking everyone. Everyone was annoyed of her. Oh yeah and the night before that she cried because we called her to get tix to the show and she didnt have her phone so we got them without her.

Annnnd nowww wise words from my dad:

Well well well. NJ this morning with mom dad gma and gpa. Man it was boring. I think the most exciting part of the whole trip was going through a tunnel. (I enjoy a lot) Looked at houses, gravesites..."OH yeah! that was the place I used to ride my bike to to pick up some milk and a loaf of breaddd!" blah blah blah...boring boring boring. Now were back at the hotel and buying tickets to see a Broadway Show. Something, something Milly. My dad is paying 10 bucks for 24 hours of "inernet service" on the tv. Phew. No more hand writing. Well phone is ringinng.

Family Fued
Woke up at 5 again to go to the Today Show. Katie Couric and Matt Lauer host it, obviously. The backdrop that they have behind them was lowered at one moment in time and we happened to be in the right place and my little cousn Hope ot n tv. So that was cool. Celine Dion also played that morning. We stood in lnie and gt a great view. She gave a good performance I suppose. She cut her hair really butch and bleached it. I dont like it; but who am I to say.

No one seems to agree on anything. We cant get anything done. I think we should have made an itinerary before we came. Buttt no. That would just have been smart. Because making up things at the spir of the moment with 13 ppl with different opinions inst working. We came back from the Today Show to pick up those wh decided not to attend and ended up going shooping. Well that lasted about 2 hours and then everyone was 'cranky' again. We went to see the Empire State building next. More confrentation beause some went to see the virtual ride and some didnt. ::sigh:: god damn. It was overcast and freezing but other than that the view is great.

We ate at some Italian place for dinner. It was the noisiest restaurant ive ever been in. So noisy that my grandma called my da on his cell phone to tell him something while he's sitting in front of her. Hmmm.

Tomorrow we're going to New Jersey. OH YAY. What great torture. Seeing your dad's 4 different houses he lived n and such, thats just another building to you. grr

The plane ride here wasn't so bad. It was nice to fly over the water bc the airport is on some type of island or peninsula. The city is amazing. Complete chaos. We're staying in the Marriott Marquis in Time Square. Seconds from the MTV studio. We're staying on the 34th floor of 48 and the view is beautiful. Our whole room lights up at night. When we arrived we decided to just meander around and we ended up gettnig rained on. Went to some gorgeous Episciple Church. I dont thnk I could ever live here. It's complete madness. The drving is very different , to say the least, also.

for the 4th Nicole and I went to Atl Ave. I was expecting it to be everyone over 30. This was my first experience there for that occasion and there happened to be hundreds of ppl there and more than half were kids. I was proved wrong. We hung out with Lauren Pasquarelli all night. Ran into Kandace and Chris Brinkman.

This morning my parents left for a family outing to River Ranch. I told them i wasnt attending. After Nicole left I sat my stranded self in front of this contraption called the monitor and have been here since besides the occasional trips to the refridgerator. They just arrived home. Marisa is at Boomers with Ryan right now for a short while. I want to go over Marisas and play DDR.

So today Im on the phone with Marisa again and someone knocks on the door. Jessica is in her bra and undies and after contemplating to answer it or not she decides to get dressed and see who it is. Once I got to the door there was no person. I ran to the street to see if I could see a car leaving but there wasnt one. How annoying is that?

Well on Wednesday I take my trp to NYC. Im excited to say the least.

I returned home yesterday evening. My parents and I went to Light House Point for dinner. We stopped at Super Target on the way home. I got a shower radio!! ::jumps for joy:: the first and only other time I had been there was with Nicole and I wanted to buy one then. And now I have. They didnt have any complete boxes of the Hulk hands so those didnt work out.

Today I went to Katie's house to hang out for a couple hours. We just chilled in her room while I watched her do her hair for 3 hours and talked. I left and got ready to go back out again to dinner but this time with Gma Gpa and Tom Jill etc. We went to Benhi Hana(sp?). Good stuff. Its the only Asian-type food Ill eat.
