so i'm sick. and i get yelled at for pushing my body to its limits. i can't help it, its what i do. i set a personal record yesteday. 19:24 for 3.1 miles. i was running about 6:20 per mile. i feel like shit today though, i tried to get up for school and everything but my mom made me stay home and took me to the doctors. so i'm suffering from exhaustion and a slight sinus infection. i'm sure i'll be fine tomorrow. i watched eternal sunshine of the spotless mind today, i love that movie. even though it increased my feelings of melancholy-ness that i've had for a few days for some reason. but its soo good. just go and rent it now. i'm going to lay back down.

so i got a medal at brandon. i took 8th and top 10 get medals. i think i ran something like a 21:15 which is decent on the course. lots of people were sprinting up that hill and i knew that i was going to pass them later on and i did.
