wow this weekend was fun, took tons of photos and uploaded them to my album...im going to try to remember as much as i can.

thursday i went to the movies with sheena, michelle and trask.

friday brando came down and we went to a funeral of this kid that died playing ultimate frisbee, his heart just stopped. he was friends with brando. then we went to a volleyball game. u of u fans were loud! people said that we were louder then the byu fans and there was way more of them then us. the utes beat byu. go utes!!

after the game kyle and i went up to slc with brando. we went to crimson night which was at the college. we made some signs for the football game. i ended up leaving it there. i forgot about it. brando and i went rock climbing. i beat him. they had live bands, a dj, singing contests, poker(which i was too late to join) dunking booth, poster making, slip and slide, movies, volleyball, and a bunch of other stuff. it was tons of fun. i enjoyed it alot. i was talking to alot of kids there and they all told me to go to the u. they were telling me all about it. so im thinking about transferring up. i love uvsc, its way more fun then high school. but u of u is way more fun then uvsc.

saturday we woke up from a late night and went to the tailgate barbeque for the muss(mighty utah student section) kids. lots of food and everyone is just united its so great. you dont even know the kids and they say "hey whats up" good school pride. then we went to the football game!! i had soo much fun. i want to go to some more. i wish uvsc had football. even though i had no idea what was going on during the game it was great. just cuz we were always cheering and saying chants. we were in the very front row. it was really hot, but luckily the mascot kept coming by and handing us water.

after the game we went home to get ready for the dance. then brando dropped me off at tanisha's dorm. and then our dates came and picked us up. my date was merryl. we first went to a toy store and bought blow up chairs. then we took those chairs to dinner, got our food to go and sat outside and had a picnic in our chairs. then we went to a movie, we saw shrek 2 and took our chairs in to the theater. we sat in the handicapped section. then we finally went to the dance around 1130ish. saw jen and brando there, they were dressed similar. they had a chocolate fountain which you could dip stuff in. after the dance we went and bought candy then went and played texas hold'em betting with starburst and mini reeses peanut butter cups. then i got home around 330. then i went to church with brando.... im on the enrichment committe.

.::school is great. i love it::.

monday i got my math test back. i got a 92 on it! i was so excited. i really like all of my teachers. after school i went and gave plasma. that night a bunch of us went and played ultimate frisbee. then i cleaned my room and the apartment forever.

tuesday we had cleaning checks. we passed. then i went in for an interview with best buy. i think the interview went really good. the only thing if i get the job is i wont be able to go home for christmas. thats there busiest time. but as i think about it its ok. bc i was going to fly into syracuse and my family was going to pick me up and then we were going to drive to maine. then we were all going to fly down to florida. i wouldnt even be home at christmas. so i wouldnt see anyone. and plus it was cold last year at christmas time. i remember wearing pants. so my mom said she would change my ticket for florida. and i'll come down for a weekend since she'll be down there for 2 1/2 weeks. and i'll be home for a weekend in october. so i'll prolly see people then.
last night watched sex and the city with tara. i love that show. you can just watch it again and again. before we watched it we went and bought icecream. mmmm yummy. had a girls night.

tara has had 2 of her guy friends from california stay with us for the weekend. they were way cool. yesterday joe came over to chill with michelle and i. then we all went to walmart so michelle could buy a stereo. then i had to work from 5-11. luke called me. he wanted to see if i wanted to go to the byu game with him but i had to work. oh well...he got my name tag...at the dance as i was leaving i went up to him and stuck my name tag on his back, but was pretending to pat him good bye. i thought it would leave an impression ;-)

today i went to church. then golden corral. it was ok. when i got home michelle and i went to walmart to buy cleaning supplies since we have cleaning checks on tuesday! it was so fun wheeling the cart back to our apartment...it was one of those times you had to be there to think it was funny. then we went to trask's to give him a birthday card since he is 20. then when i got home tanner called so i talked to him for a bit. we will probably hang out this week. since that whole dylan thing its like there are lots of guys all of a sudden. a couple of days after everything tanner called me. then i met luke at a dance. then when i was at work this guy asked if i was single and intereseted in going out with one of his friends. woo wee. good things happen from bad things.

yesterday went to school. then joe stopped by for awhile to hang out. then i went to golden corral to tell them i couldnt work next weekend because i'll be out of town. for some reason they already had the schedule done so they told me that they could "try" change my schedule. if they put me on the schedule im going to be pissed. grrrrrr

when i got home i went up to slc with jesse and her roommate. we met up with these guys and went to applebees. then we came home and i went to the dance with tara. i met this kid named luke. he's pretty nice. he took me out for icecream.

i got so sick of computers today. tues and thurs just plain suck....sitting in front of a computer from 1130-3 gets boring after awhile. anyways...lunch is fun bc everytime i eat there is this guy named austin who eats at the same time and is in one of my classes so we always sit together and talk about different stuff. he's pretty cool. he's majoring in international business.

i took a math test today...i hope i did good on it. im hoping! when i got home i cleaned the apartment because it was getting diiirrttty. then i went to walmart to buy some halloween candy! mmmm i love those pumpkins that you can only get near halloween. when i got home this kid who i met last week, joe, stopped by. so we chilled. then we watched this japanese show where the people do crazy stunts. then america takes the show and dubs english in, but what they say has nothing to do with what the japs are doing and its just really funny. they say completely random things.
at 10 tanner, the wrester that i met a couple of weeks ago, stopped by with two friends. so we all just hung out. we played texas hold'em! woo wee...i love that game. brings back so many good memories. they just left. so its time for me to go to bed. i am tired today.

my skin is getting really dry lately. thats one thing that sucks about the desert. dry air.

i talked to brando today. he's coming down next friday to go to the uofu vs. byu volleyball game. so im going to go to that. then i am going up with him to slc for the weekend for uofu's homecoming weekend. which will be way fun. :-D

wow this week is going by fast.
sunday i worked.
monday i gave plasma and went to the clubhouse because they were playing a movie. we watched "the other side of heaven" it was a cute movie. it had anne hathaway in it. it was about a guy who goes to tonga in the 50's.
yesterday i had school all day. came home did a bunch of homework. then i went over to apartment 10 to see what the guys were up to. jake, scott, andy, nate, time, katie, nicole and i all went out to eat at red robin. they had some good food. i've never eaten there before. when i got home dylan and trask stopped by for a little bit. i applied online at best buy which is going to be opening up soon.
today i had school till 12 then studied for my math test till 2. when i got home there was a message from best buy. i have an interview on tuesday at 5! i want to try to get away from the restaurant business for awhile. im sick of dealing with food. i need a new change.

after work yesterday michelle and i went to D.I. I got so many cool t-shirts! i love them all. when we got home we had to get ready for the ward picnic. it was a lot of fun. i played volleyball, chatted with everyone, ate lots of food, danced, had a kid try to teach me to do the worm, and watched a movie that they played outside on a projection screen.
when i got home i added some pics to my site. then i went over to jake's to play texas hold'em! wow it felt nice to play. i havnt played that game since i was home in june. after texas hold'em i went and played pool with crystal, sheena, trask, and and dylan. then got some food at wendy's. then i came home and went to sleep.

yesterday i had school till 11. then i went out and layed by the pool....then i made cookies and took them to kyle and his roommates cause i promise i would. then julianna and nicole stopped by so we went to the mall. we tried on engagement rings. lol..i know the one i want when i get married! then we went to go see a movie but they were all sold out so we went to Denny's instead. when i got home michelle and i stopped by to say hi to dylan. then i went to bed at 2 because i had to wake up at 630 for work today. i got out at 12! it was so slow. from 10-12 i had one table.

yesterday i went on a date with andy. we went to ihop and to the movies. dylan called during the movie all pissed off because i told some kids what happened and what he said.

today i was studying at school and fell asleep and trask came by to study there too and saw me and decided to wake me up. he asked what was going on with the whole dylan issue. so we talked about that for a while. then dylan came by to meet trask to study. so they went to the other side of the room. about 5 minutes goes by and dylan comes walking over and apologizes for everything. so we talked for a while. so we're on good terms. so since we are just friends its going to be like that. no more cuddling and hanging out every minute of the day. Andy and jake called me to check up on me and see how i was doing, what nice guys. Jake asked me if i wanted to go to idaho with him this weekend to get away but i have to work and its impossible to find someone to cover for you on a saturday. when i got home there was a letter from anne marie!! i was so excited because i was just thinking about her yesterday. i used to be able to do that when ian would write to me. i would think about him a lot one day and then the next day i would get a letter from him. anyways anne is doing good, really busy with school. she said her life is basically school, hw, eating and bed....sounds like college. i went and gave plasma today...i love going, the guys there that do the plasma are so great. its the main reason i go....and the cash. ;-) oh i almost forgot....that kid jake that i met from pennsilvania who plays texas hold'em called me today!! i think we might play on saturday! im so excited. woo wee!

sunday night trask, dylan, vanna, michelle and i drove up to slc to this really cool lookout point where you can see all of salt lake. it was so cool. we had to hike up the mountain though. that was like 1/2 hour. wasnt too bad. afterwe got home i went over to talk to dylan. i talked to him about being more then just friends and what he thought of that. he said...."i dont want a relationship right now, but wanna go make out" i could not believe he said that. is that all i am to him? we basically have acted like we are going out but just havnt had the title. everyone thinks we are going out. the only people who know that we were just good friends are really close friends who know what is going on. so i was kind of pissed off that he said that. after our talk we went over to vanna's to watch a movie. i let myself just fall asleep like 10 minutes into the movie. i really didnt care.

so today i was kind of upset and all i wanted to do was move back home. i miss everyone so much. i went to the mall with michelle. then i went and to the clubhouse because they had a game night going on. that was pretty fun. i met this kid jake who plays texas hold'em!! im so excited. i told him we have to play sometime. this kid named eric told me i have to bake hime cookies and bring them over sometime...hope he likes the kind that you just add water. i talked to andy, who is one of dylans house mates about what happened and he couldnt believe it. he assured me that not all guys are assholes. so that made me feel a little better. i aslo talked to jake and scott and they also were shocked and reminded me that i am now on the "hunt" again, now i wont be holding back when i see a guy. which is true bc i would see a guy and talk a litte bit but nothing else would happen because in the back of my head i was thinking of dylan. ever since i talked to those guys i have felt so much better. then when i came home tara, michelle and i all talked. it was great. its so nice just to rant about guys to other girls.

i wonder how anne marie is doing? i sent her a card about a month ago, but no response....? has anyone else talked to her?

today was a long day. i slept in till about 11 and not even five minutes i was awake golden corral called and asked if i could come in as soon as possible. so i ended up going in at 1230-1130. it was so busy because of everyone came to eat before the byu vs. notre dame game. i met a family from colorado and the dad grew up in a town close to my dads home town. i thought that was pretty cool. small world. from the time that i got there till about 6 o clock i did not have a free table. i ended up making 155. so that was good. :-D

after work i went and played pool with dylan and his brother ryan who came down from slc. then we went back to dylans for a little bit.

time to go to bed.....zzzzzzzzzzzz

wow this week went by really fast. school is going great. i love it. i like all my teachers and classes.

lets see....wed i went country dancing with my house mate amber, her friend and carrie! carrie is finally in utah! im so excited. anyways country dancing sounds like it wouldnt be fun but it was. it was all college students. it kind of reminds me of swing dance. it was a good thing the guys knew how to dance so they could teach me! good times....

tonight(friday) i had to work from 5-1130. it was pretty good. i did really well on tips. then i went to ihop with jake, andy, scott and michelle. then andy and i went to walmart. it was 1 and we were shopping while they were unloading everything and washing the floors. it was different. but there was no wait at the checkout. so that was good. after wal mart michelle and i talked for awhile about high school and boys ;-)

well i am going to bed cuz i am tiiiiirrreeddd

yesterday i worked. then came home and studied. then fell asleep at 1030! i could not believe it. that was so early, but i was really tired for some reason.

today i had class. i really like my english teacher he is so funny. tom. is my full day of classes. long day. i gave plasma today. dylan got in a car accident! someone ran a red light and ran into him. he's ok. thank goodness. utah people suck at driving!
i had fhe tonight. we met everyone in the complex. we all got name tags and walked around and introduced ourselves. theres alot of kids from the east coast here. pretty cool.

yesterday i had school till 11. then i went to the pool with dylan. i also gave plasma. then i went to the UV welcome dance. it was pretty big. lots of kids. i could hardly dance. i constantly had kids bumping into me cuz there was no room. i saw this kid that i know from rochester. it was crazy. i cant believe im seeing people that i know from back home. i mean im in utah, its a long ways away. after the dance michelle and i went to apart 10. lol. my second home. we hung out with the guys there for awhile.

today i slept in till 10. that felt nice. then i went to the mall with tara. we walked around. i filled out an application at american eagle. that would be cool to work there. i was talking with one of the guys who works there and he had me put his name down on the application. but he wasnt sure if they were hiring. so who knows. that would be a nice job. im getting sick of golden corral, i dont make nearly as much as i did at ponderosa. after the mall i went over to dylan's and chilled with him for a bit before he went to work. i have to go get ready for work. i am so glad dylan works there. :-D

yesterday i had english and bom. so weds my day goes from 10-12 then im all done with school...thats nice and on mon and fri it begins at 9.

today i had math, raquetball, basic computer applications and graphic computer applications. day begins at 9 and ends at 3 with some breaks in between. tues and thursdays will be my heavy days.

these past couple of days have been boring in class because all the teachers do is talk to you about the classes. we havnt actually done anything.

i cant believe how crowded the school ils now! over the summer there was hardly anyone in the hallways, now there are so many kids. its crrraaazy. its cool though i love it that way. i love being at a big school its so great. and so many cute guys here!! woo wee.
