monday we drove to the manchester airport, it was so cold! snow everywhere. we got in to orlando at around 7ish. then we went to red lobster and then to the hotel.

tuesday we woke up and went to island of adventure. that was tons of fun not that many people because it was kind of a cold day. being there reminded me of senior trip! man i miss those times. looking back i had a great time in high school. i wish i could be home more often to see everyone. there is nothing better then the friends and people that you grow up with.

today we did some work around the house in pine island. layed out and read magazines. hopefully i'll get somewhat of a tan while im here so im not as pale! right now im at my grandparents house. my parents just informed me that they bought the lot next to my grandparents house and are going to build a house and put in a pool with a hottub kind of in it. so we checked out the lot and they were deciding where to position the house. they are going to begin building in a year or so. they just need to fix up the hurrican damages from the house we are in now.

friday i took michelle to the airport. we left at 1030. she forgot her ticket and she didnt know who she was flying on so we had to look at the tv and see what flights were going to minneapolis and there were two going out at the same time. so we go to delta and that wasnt it so i had her run to the next terminal and i said i would follow with her suitcase. so when i went outside and i was walking the the other building these two cute guys walk by and when they saw me they stopped and asked if they could help. so they ended up caring michelle's suitcase for me. after the airport i went to brando's. we went and got pizza. then we packed him up. he is moving out of the place he was living at. we had the redeye flight and left at 1130pm. i slept most of the time. we got in to syracuse at 10 something. the family picked us up. then we went to maine. we didnt do much last night.

today we woke up at 730, but to me it felt like 530. we all went out to brunch. we opened presents at 2. then we sat around talking, my girl cousins and i did "makeovers" christa made my hair into an 80's style. it was kind of scary.

tuesday i went to school with michelle. i went and studied at the library. then i came home studied on and off the rest of the day.

yesterday i took my math final. i think i did pretty ok on it. i am just so glad that is out of the way! dylan took me out to lunch. we went to the pita place. pita's are really good. i've never had one before. then we said good bye and hugged. he left for colorado. i went to a poker tournament at apart. 35. it was tons of fun. i got 5th out of 12 really good guys! there was this really weird guy who kept quoting lines from "pirates of the caribean" i kept laughing at him but i think he thought i was laughing with him because he kept on doing the weird accents.

today i took my last final!! woo wee. it was in my computer class and only took me 45 minutes to do. i am so glad finals are done. im also way excited to see my family in two days!! aahhhhh i cant wait. i miss them so much. today i went to school with jake to his sports medicine final, he needed someone to practice fixing injuries on. the rest of the day im just doing laundrdy, cleaning my room, and packing. i also have to go return my books sometime today. fun stuff.

today at 9 i handed in my english portfolio. my professor had us go to ihop to hand it in because he wanted someplace where he could eat. and he didnt want to be at school for 2 hours waiting around. after i did that i went to the library to study for math. i was there intill about 3. then i went and gave plasma, then stopped at walmart to buy a present. at 830 dylan and i went to the golden corral christmas party. it was fun. we had a white elephant christmas exchange(why do they call it that?) i ended up with some candle. somebody's kid picked out a present and it was an empty box and he seemed really bummed, so when it was dylan's turn he went and took that present so the kid could pick something else. they had a drawing of prizes. i ended up winning this cookie jar filled with cookies. but they all have nuts in them so i def. wont eat them.

yesterday i cleaned my room and studied. then i worked from 5-11. i had the party section, my first party didnt come till 6. so i just pretty much sat around for the first hour. my second party that i had was about 30 middle school wrestling kids. it was pretty hectic. i made 90 in tips. pretty good for that section. after work i went and played poker with the same guys as last night. this time we didnt play as long.

today i worked at 4. i was so busy tonight. i made bank in tips though, 120 bucks!! thats 30 an hour. woo wee. but my feet are killing me, and i am so tired. as soon as i finish my english portfolio i am going to sleep.

so i just got back from playing poker. we began at 1230. and just ended. 4 hours of poker. it felt like i was playing backhome. the guys all remind me of the guys at home. there was seven of us who played. jake, who is from texas ended up winning. brady, from cali got second. i got third. good times.

today i woke up, rolled out of bed changed my shirt and went to school for math review from 9-1030. then i had to go finish my graphic design project and did that till 1230. then came home and chilled at the apartment for a bit with michelle. then i went to go to wal mart and my tire was flat. so i called up dylan and he came over and put air in it. then i had to drive it to the tire shop to have them fix it. then i went to golden corral to tell them i couldnt work for the next two weeks because i'll be in maine and sunny florida!! woo wee...time to get a tan. this year is the first time in like 5 years that i havnt used a tanning bed. amazing, especially for me! then i came home and studied for math a bit. i kept getting distracted though. at 1030 i went to the dance at uvsc. it was pretty good. now im about to go play poker with a bunch of guys at my complex. finally i found people who play all the time!! wooo weeee!! im so excited. :-D

tuesday i went to school. dylan came over to do something on my computer. i bought a photo album so i worked on that, arranging all of my photos.

wed. i had school from 10-12. came home for a bit. then i went to the bookstore from 1-3. it was pretty good. i really enjoy working there. i was walking throught the main hallway at school and there was tons of stuff going on. the theme was "stress busters" but they had massages, stress relieving activities, and they had a bunch of free stuff like color contacts. pretty cool. after working at the bookstore i went and gave plasma. dylan came over around 6ish. we went to school to go to the computer lab.

today i had my last day of classes! pretty exciting day. dylan came over to do homework. he's really sick so i gave him my prescription medicine that i got last week. i also made him hot tea. at 7 i went on a blind date that my roommate tara her boyfriend works with. his name was matt. he was a pretty cool kid. we played texas hold'em and othe card games and this other couple's house.

today i went to school, i didnt go to my institute class, i didnt feel like it. oh well. we dont do anything in that class anyways. i went and gave plasma for the first time in two weeks. i couldnt go last week because i was sick and the week before was thanksgiving. then i studied for math and worked on my english portfolio. fun stuff. michelle has mono. the poor girl. she found out today. which i was kind of guessing because she has been sleeping alot lately. saturday night she went to bed at 10pm and woke up sunday at 6pm. i went to fhe at 730. we made christmas cards. mine was pretty bad, i am not artistic. then steve called and came over. he helped me fix my longboard because the wheels were kind of wobbily. then we just sat and talked for awhile.

11 days till i see my family! :-D

yesterday i went to the writing lab to have andy look at my research paper. then at night i had to work from 5-1030. it was a pretty chill night. i had the slow section. after work i went to wal mart to buy food. then i went over to dylan's. we decided to go bowling with tim and katie. i suck at bowling. i am not going to tell what i got because it was so bad. then we went to wendy's.

today i went to church. then i went to work at 4 till 9. tonight was pretty busy. dylan quit today because they told him he couldnt take time off at christmas and he wants to go home to colorado. he has been talking about moving up to salt lake and living with his brother and going to the U. when i got home the funniest thing happened. tara put the wrong kind of dish soap in the dishwasher so there were all of these bubbles on the floor and water everywhere. i took a pic and added it to my site. it was so funny.

today i went to the library to do some research. then came home and ended up falling asleep. i woke up at 5. then i got ready and went to school for a texas hold'em tournament. i did pretty good. dylan, trask, vanna and i went and played pool at ozz. im getting a little better at it. then we all went to taco bell. dylan and i got in a water fight. we both got each other's pants wet. then we all went to trasks to watch fight club.

yesterday i went back to school. i felt alot more rested since i finally got a full nights rest. dylan and trask came over for a bit. then i had to go to the bookstore for my first day. its a pretty chill job. i like it. everyone there is way nice. i worked 3-6. it will be a nice job to have inbetween semesters. and i get 25% off everything. woo hoo. afterwards i came home and worked on my research paper which is about legalizing marijuana for medical uses. then dylan came over and we hung out for a bit. we talked about different things.

today after school i came home, all of my roommates were home at the same time! that usually doesnt happen. then i went to the math lab to get help on the hw. we are doing probability and i have never been good at it so once again im having trouble. then i came home and worked on my paper. lost track of time and when i looked to see what time it was i was late to my meeting for london. so i got on my long board and coasted down to school to where the meeting was. the guy didnt mind that i was late after i told him my paper story. i am so excited to go to london!! june cant come fast enough. i met 3 other girls that are going to and they are way cool. we were talking about the trip. we talked about getting the same classes that way we can all study together then go out and have fun. ahhh 2 months in london!! after the meeting i came back and once again worked on my paper. tara and her boyfriend came over. he wants to hook me up with one of his friends. we'll see what happens with that. i went over to the girls apart. across the hall from me. we talked a little, we were trying to get one of their roommates who was japanese to say "fuck" but she wouldnt. then i worked on my paper a bit. then dylan called to come over for pizza. so i went over to trask's apartment with sheena.

today i woke up and felt extremely sick. so i ended up not going to school today, which sucks because tuesday is my heavy day. but i called ken and he told me he would take notes in math and give them to me. so i went back to bed and pretty much slept most of the day. then at 2 i went to the doctor's office at school. he said i have a sinus infection and prescribed me two medicines. i hate being sick. i feel totally out ofit. this kid steve called me, we were going to go up to slc and go to this pizza place and listen to live bands, but i am way to sick to even go out.

today i went to church with michelle. then i had to work at 4. it was yet another dead night. this time i only had two tables. so at 630 they decided to cut me and this other kid which was good because we wernt doing anything at all. after work i went over to dylan's to watch the football game, oakland vs. denver. so we made out pretty much throught out the whole game. and after the game.

it snowed all day today. another thing that i love about utah when it snows it doesnt stay like in new york. it snows and melts. the only place the snow stays is in the mountains. im really going to miss this place when im all done with school. i almost dont want to leave and go to england and russia just because i have to leave utah. its so pretty here and everything is going so great. school is going really good right now, im beginning to really enjoy my job and im having so many wonderful experiences that i never would of had if i had stayed home. coming to utah was definately the best choice that i ever made.
