It's hard to imagine that in 6 days I will be in Europe. I guess I'm excited, but I really don't know what to expect. It's just that now it's actually coming to it, and all the time spent preparing seems...gone? I just hope it's fun and enlightening and inspiring. I feel really werid tonight, maybe I need some sleep.

Things change and so do people. I had a dream this morning about someone I used to know, maybe not a lot, but a little bit.

I was asked today what I want to major in...appearently undecided doesn't cut it. I want to give filmmaking a look and see if I'm any good at it. Kirsten let me listen to her and Joey's demo tape on the way back from Katie and Annette's. That stuff is awesome. They're really good and it and it amazes me that they can create music like that. I gotta find something that i'm good at.

We got the yearbook done today!! I got stuff accomplished. Emily and I hung out tonight. She's most likely going to go to FL for college and she wants me to consider going there too. I wouldn't mind leaving Muskegon with Emily, but Florida's not really where I want to go. That's where I'm conflicted. Hopefully my trip to NY this summer will make things clear to me.

Europe is in 8 days I think. Inconceivable. I went to the mall today to get some stuff. It was kind of funny. In american eagle, some lady came up to me and asked me a question...she thought that I worked there! Then the cashier asked me if I wanted an ae credit card. Do I look 18? Maybe, I don't know. Then anyone else I saw kept on calling me "sir." I feel old.

I thought that I would be happy that school is out, but now I'm not so sure. The chemistry exam was difficult, but I think I did okay on it. We got our lit project grades back. Lena and I got a 98%!! Mrs. Dornbos said that it was so well done that she wanted to keep it to use as an example. Well I have to go back to school in 25 minutes to drop off my chemistry book and talk to some people about lunch. later...

We lost our game tonight (1-3). Then, I studied Chemistry for about 2 solid hours and I still don't have a good grip on what I studided (that's excluding all the stuff that wasn't on that review sheet). Overall, I feel like a retard. But I think I aced the religion and french exams today. Tomorrow is my LAST EXAM! ALMOST THERE! How does that quote go? "The traveler has reached the end of his journey"?

I have to say, tonight's Graduation was really good. Brian's introduction and Mrs. Charron's speech were hillarious and nate morse and mergener played the class song really well. I got to help people off the stairs. For the past hour and half I've been trying to bring myself to study for ECON, but I can't. I'm screwed. Gotta go cram!

It's nice to know that tomorrow is the last day of school. I just spent 2 hours on my math review and over 3 hours on my lit project. I swear, my lit teacher is going to think I'm a psycho (I'll admit, those journal entries I typed up are pretty scary, but a lot of it was based on actual quotes from their journals). Now I have to type up the rest of the survivor's diary and do one more genre.

Saturday I'm going to stop at kirsten's open house...What are you supposed to get a graduate? (I've never been to an open house)

And now I feel useless. Okay, not really, but I did get my SAT scores back. Verbal 610, Math 580, total 1190. Appearently not good enough for NYU. Dang it. Well, at least Lena says can see me as a director, graduating from Columbia University.

Lately, I've been waking up at exactly 6:35, twenty minutes before my alarm clock goes off. I think I'm happy. I'm excited for this summer. I'm excited for senior year. Yeah, I have to drop Brooks' class and take Dovick (dreading the 5 page papers), and I have to take Yearbook as an independent study, but I will get to take classes at muskegon community college. That means I won't be able to take Physics...oh darn! I'm thinking Business Class first semester and a media class second semester (maybe Cinamatography). 3 more days of school. Then exams. Then Europe.

I didn't do much this 3-day weekend, but it wasn't that bad. In fact, I had a lot of fun. Tonight, Nikki invited me up to the beach with a bunch of people. We started a bonfire and made smores. The only irritating thing...the chocolate would not melt on my smores!!! After the fire got lit, it was warm. My glasses smelled like smoke when I got back, but I'm sure Windex will take care of that. Now I gotta cram for my Chemistry Lab Final tomorrow!
