Well folks, I've managed to screw up my sleeping times again. Either insomnia or nocturnalness is going to kill me someday, I just know it.
Mann this room is boring at cheese. I really need to find some way to spice it up, make it more live-able. And I should also think about getting breakfast/lunch/dinner at some point in time today. Maybe.
Ah well, five more days and then Spring Break!

Blah, homework. And studying. Yay for having a couple of midterms, not to mention an easy as cheese Japanese test, this upcoming week (T_T)
Yesterday was anime day and single's awareness day for the "Collective" (what Jenn likes to call us). We watched Tokyo Babylon, Ranma 1/2 the movie: Nihao My Concubine (Amanda and I were the only one's who had seen/read any Ranma before...and had seen the movie before, so we had to explain why people were turning into animals and different sexes), Dead Leaves (the only thing that comes to mind when watching that is WTF), Trouble Chocolate (crazy yet funny, they were on drugs when they made it), and Dogma (I know I know, not an anime but moo on you).
I got back to my room around 5 and fell asleep near 6, so I have a good reason for sleeping in late today ;p
But now I must do Japanese homework, go over the skinhead stuff I found for German, look over history and read notes from Myth & Ritual. Blegh. Plus read another short story for English. Oh shite, and post comments for English. So much to do.....;_;

'ello all. So yesterday Tracey and I had the privilege to see the first episode from the new Hellsing OVA. Can anybody say drool? Cuz drool it is!
ZOMIGOSH!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited!!!! Not only is the animation style more like the style from the manga, but it also follows the manga much closer than anything else I've ever seen! And the music...oh the music...my ears were about ready to have orgasms when they heard the music. Yes, it's that good.
And the best part? NAZIS my friends, nazis. The OVA will contain the lubberly nazis which we encounter in the manga, as well as the great and mighty Rip van Wrinkle.
In other news, I need to cut my hair. And I saw my parents and Andy today. Mom gave me socks for the accursed day; they's gots cows on 'em!!! And "Moo" written underneath the cows. I squealed with joy, I did ~_^

I learned today that I'm an uncultured heathen, uncouth and crass.
We had to read the play "M. Butterfly" for my English class, which is a good play so read it. Anywhos, the opera "Madame Butterfly" is mentioned time and time again in the play because it is the main character's favorite opera. So today we watched part of it in class. I was excited, I was finally going to see what all the fuss was about. And then...
Then I learned, about a minute or two in, that I frickin hate the opera. Seriously. They're carrying on and on, making exaggerated moves and opening their mouths so wide you can see their tongues moving around inside. All I wanted to see was the end of the opera, when the heroine (Cho Cho-san aka Madame Butterfly) kills herself. Frickin, I was gonna kill myself before she even got to grabbing her knife and committing seppuku.
I'm not an opera person except when on a killing spree playing GTA. So phooey to all you posh folks, saying that opera is an art and worth being enjoyed. I'd much rather go to a Rammstein concert, thank you very much ;p
