Cows and mountains
For the last couple of days (Friday bis today) I've been at Tina's grandparents' cottage in the mountainfilled land of Austria. Talk about beautiful! And filled to the brim with cows.
But alas, there was no internet connection, so I nearly died (sorta).
Oh how time flies...mum and dad are gonna be here on Saturday. Wow, I'll actually have parents after not seeing them for almost 2 months. Gaspy indeedies.
Hope the week goes well, many moos from the cows ^_^

Ich bin ein Kartoffel
Went swimming yesterday in a lake basically the size of Meyers Lake...it was pretty warm for me, but freezing to Tina and Michael because they don't live near lake Michigan.
I actually won a game of minigolf (gaspy!)
Today I went shopping in the city and bought a various assortment of gifts and the Shrek 2 soundtrack, the latest (and copy controlled *sobcry*) In Extremo, and a cute little donkey for me.
Just finished watching 'the ghost ship' and will be viewing 'the ring' soon.

Today...what did I do today? Can't remember.
Oh yeah, went to Pep (kinda like a mall) and bought a German Bible for my grandpa and the first Harry Potter in British for my cousin. I hope he doesn't have it already. Also bought the last two Artemis Fowl books (I'm gonna leave them here for Tina as a belated birthday/Christmas gift). Blasted store wouldn't take Visa so I had to borrow money...I hate borrowing money.
Ate a döner for lunch, I'm gonna miss them when I get back to the states. Nothing like Turkish food to fill you up.
Later on (ok, just half an hour ago) Tina and I went with her neighbor (who is about our age) and helped her walk her dog and chat. Fun.
I'll be going to a Fußball (soccer for you nongerman-understanding folks) game soon. w00t!
Blast it's hot here (pretty amazing) and it actually hasn't rained yet (also amazing).

Hola all, I hope that you're all having a peachy time this summer.
Tina and her family and I went to a fest right in the neighborhood (sorta) complete with a humongous bonfire. I got to experience my first candied apple (yum) and saw a group of skinheads (and was scared).
Today I finished Artemis Fowl while driving around in Austria for a little and enjoying the mountain views and whatnot.
