hey all!!!! whats up?! i haven’t updated in a REALLY long time! sorry that you couldn't read about my oh so fascinating life! haha! JK! but yea i am going to do a big recap since i have nothing to do today AND i only have to take one exam on thursday! WOOO! haha so yea here we go:
January 7- COUNTIES! woo everyone swam so well. we ended up taking 2nd but oh well! everyone swam so well as i said and i am so proud of them. shocker of the meet- Brie won the 100 back in 1:00! WOOO! thats fast! haha soo yea thats counties for ya
January 8- oh man! Jane’s 17 birthday party! haha dance party to the max!! haha it was so much fun even though it was like in east jabib! haha JK! it was in South Orange but as everyone says people who live in Caldwell think it is a pain to drive anywhere else! haha sooooo yeaa! lol
January 9- WINTERFEST <3333! haha granty, Tim and i are best friends again so it was a mo successful meet! haha! o and i went a 1:08 in my 100 breast! YESS! i was so excited never did that before
OMG anddd brie, bets, lex, charley, harry went to FRIDAYS for lunch <33333!!! omg so much fun!
January 10- school and clifton meet. blah nothing too special... the MOUNT was 20th in the Star Ledger! WOO go us!
January 11-14- school still! booo! easily one of the longest weeks of my life! OMG we had a meet thursday (13) with DELBY! ahhh it was so much fun! haha we swam wayne valley! it was crazy though nic and i were literally bouncing off the walls not even joking! it was crazzy! haha sooooo much fun though! haha o and friday i slept basically all day at school cause it was exam review! but EW i am so mad hmm i have a 89.5 in lit and u need a 90 to exempt! EW gayy! hahaha! yea umm friday night was funn!!! haha mount b-ball game and Beth’s house for a dance party <33333! haha i love dance parties SOO much fun! woooooo! OOO AND LAUREN FINALLY CAME BACK FROM HAWAII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was going through lauren english withdrawal! not even joking! ahhhh gotta love this girl! AND SHE SWAM SO WELL!!!!!!!!! ahhhhhhh! haha and CHIP o baby <333! hahaha jk jk! o and her medals are gorgeous! they are so pretty! lol o man i honestly do not know what i am going to do without her next year! =(
January 15- shopping, dinner with mom and dad, practice, Manchurian candidate! ahhh it was a nice and relaxing day! OH and the boys NHC ANNDDD DELBARTON WON!!!!!!! yay!!!!!!!! haha i was excited not gunna lie
January 16- GIRLS NHC!!!!! Wooooo! haha the MOUNT got second! YESSSSS! how cool is that?! haha umm yea i swam okay at this meet the pool sucks and it was cold as fuck! holy shit it was SOOOO cold they had cold air blasting it was bad!! omg and our relays <33! and MILLEY WON HER 2 EVENTS!!!!!!!! holla! i was so proud of her! ahh AND NICOLE!!!!!!!!!!! and i quote "Mount St. Dominic's most valuable swim of the day may have come from sophomore Nicole Patracuolla, who split -A GREAT TIME- on the second leg of the 400 freestyle relay to make up a sizeable deficit on Caldwell and spark the team to a meet-ending victory in 3:45.95, the fastest time in the state this season. The victory lifted the team past Caldwell, 209-208, for second place in the team standings." YEAHHHH NICOLE!!!!!! wooooo the mount is amazing and u know it! haha and chrissy petss <3333! hahah love her! haha so does charley! lol! jk! then i came home after an AMAZ meet and went to DANS house! haha it was awesome man hunt and poker. i suck at poker anyone willing to teach me how to play?! that would be greatly appreciated!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! haha new years eve was a lot of fun i went to my Aunts house!! it was a lot of fun!! haah my cuzs are crazzy! o yea then i slept over betsy's oo the crazziness! slores and huts! hollaaa! hahahaha omg and i got the BEST phone call ever..... grant moryan! wooo! haha u gotta love that kid. john mayer concert. thats all i have to say! hahahaha! omg and tim called me too! i felt so popular new years eve!! wooo so then new years day i did nothing, i watched A LOT of movies! OMG EVERYONE HAS TO SEE MAN ON FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its the most amazing movie ever omg! ahh i love it so much!!!!!!!! ooo yea te Sunday morning we had swim practice and a good luck party for LAUREN cause shes in HAWAII!!! swimmin of course for our amaz country, USA! argh and shes with patrick im mo jealous not gunna lie. haha o and she had to fly with bobby to chicago.. sorry lauren! lol! but yea i know shes going to swim SOOOO FAST!!! lol soo yea then i went to the Mount pasta party haha too funny! lol then Danielle and I went to Starbucks then we saw Closer with all of the cool people! it was really weird! not gunna lie! lol then i cae home slept and i had morning practice this morning! woooo haha then i came home and slept until one!!!!! wooooo! lol then i ate food and watched REMEMBER THE TITANS!! and then i saw that the MOUNT is in the top 20 this week!!! sooooo awesome! haha then my power wet out and it just came back on. not to fun! so today is m last day of break which sucks! i really dont want to go back to school!!!!!!! but thankfully i have no school on friday because of COUNTIES!!!! yessss! lol okay but thats about all for now! lol love u all sooooo much!! ttyl

hey all!!! whats up?! lol oh man the crazziness of doubles is finally over! wooo! lol it was crazy haha i am so sore and we have a brutal practice coming our way tomorrow morning i know it! lol so this week i have done nothing except watch movies, sleep, swim and EAT! lol it was a nice and relaxing week i guess lol!! so yea omg everyone HAS to see meet the fockers it is easily the funniest movie i have ever seen! omg FOCKER OUT hahahahahha ahh i crack myself up! so yea i also saw oceans 12, collateral and man on fire. i just watched man on fire it was really good.... denzel washington did a really good job in the movie i enjoyed it! sooo yea OMG christmas! OMG I GOT MY UGGS AND AN IPOD! wooooooo! i was so excited! lol i also got a polo, vera duffle bag.. hmm and some other stuff i can really remember though! lol soo yea it was a good day! it took me forever to figure out how to put my music onto itues but finally i figured it out and its awesomeee! lol i love it! haha... o yea on wednesday we only had one practice b/c judy had a cold so we were off so i went shopping! omg and i saw my prom dress! holy crap its amazing its gorgeous!! its like a silver blue and it has rhinestones and its all silk and it has a really low back omg omg omg! haha its only like $400! woops! lol but i really want it! but now i need to find a frickin date lol this isnt going to be a easy task cause im thinking.... thats right i have NO ONE to take! WOOO! haha so if i end up calling u the day before prom u better have a tux! haha! wow omg i tottaly just realized tomorrow is new years eve! holy shit 2005! graduation and PENN STATE! omg thats crazy! ahhh! i cant believe i am going to college i have to get so much stuff. especially clothes considering the fact that i have worn a uniform for the past 7 years! ahh! omg haha! so yea this was a pretty random update once again! umm happy new year everyone! i hope u all have a good year!! lol leave some comments!! lol love u all soooo much! ttyl

hey all! whats up?! merry christmas eve! lol its crazy cant believe that christmas is tomorrow! it doesn't feel like christmas at all though... NO SNOW!! i am so sad i really wished it snowed out for christmas! lol but yea i am getting sick again i think which sucks... omg all of the college kids were at practice last night it was so funny lol its sad and crazy to think ill be a 'college kid' next year! ahh! haha i cant wait until september when i go to PENN STATE! its going to be awesome swimming and going to football games and of course going to classes and meeting new people!! lol well yea everyone is finding out where they are going to college now! its so scary to think that we are all going to be at different schools next year all over the country... but for the most part the northeast! i mean the Mount has been our life for the past 4 years its going to be exciting leaving, but i know i am going to be a mess at graduation! NO MORE UNIFORMS! haha so yeaa Mount Swimming is going well we are at 4-1 so far this year, we only lost to St. E's! but hopefully we will beat them at Confrences! lol! Counties are coming up im excited!!! it should be fun and hopefully (most likely) WIN again which would be frickin AWESOME! haha but yea back to swimming this week has been intense but good practices! i am finally feeling back to my normal strength and it feels SO nice! haha distance fresstyle <333! haha... omg and a year from Sunday ill be down in Naples Florida with PENN STATE! i can't wait! okay this was a pretty random update! i hope i get Uggs and an I-Pod tomorrow from Santa! lol that would make me happy! lol! everyone have a merry christmas!! i hope u all get what u want! love u all so much!! ttyl

hey all! whats up?! wow lets see this has been easily one of the longest weeks of my life!!!!! soo lets recap:
HOLIDAY CLASSIC::
wow this was a different experience! lol since i was sick the week before Classic i didn't even think i was going to make it back in anything! i got back into the water the Monday before Classic and surprisingly enough i made it back in every event except the 100 free! WOO! haha i only went on best time which is upsetting but oh well! hopefully i will go some best times soon! everyone else that signed early w/ Penn State swam fast, except ME! Sometimes i think what the fuck was i thinking about signing early with Penn State. I mean i am SOOO excited to go and everything but I feel like I am going to be the slowest person on the team and that i wont be able to swim a lot and that would upset me! so that is what has been bothering me the most lately! SO hopefully i will get out of this phase and not be sick anymore and get back to my normal swimming!!
THIS WEEK::
wow total craziness!!!!!!! Tuesday and Thursday night i had a dual meet for the Mount! soo yea i was swimming a lot and practicing hard! Practice these past few days have been pretty hard but they were do-able!! like yesterday we did 3(4x200's) and i did them fly, back breast, free! so yea 800 IM's... how everyone wants to spend their Friday nights! haha and today Tara Kirk came to Cougars she was so awesome! Tara was easily the nicest Olympian I have ever met she was so cool! lol! but yea this week has sucked! I have had to much work to do for school and everything! I am supposed to be writing my Lit paper right now but honestly i really don't want to at all! i hate lit, it is easily my least favorite class right now AND its the only class i have to take an exam in (as of now @ least!) lol! o yea and last night we went out to eat for Alex's 18th Birthday! It was a lot of fun! I have been so busy going on recruiting trips, being sick and swimming that I hardly have any time to hang out anymore but it was a lot of fun last night! I am going to miss everyone when we go to College!
Counties are coming up soon! it should be a lot of fun and that we will win and i will re-break my records!!! lol! I need to go Christmas shopping too! lol I haven't done that yet! haha! I can't believe Christmas is next Saturday thats crazy! This year has gone by so fast and it is so hard to believe that next year at this time i am going to be a Freshman in college!!! OMG and LAUREN ENGLISH's story is on the USA swim website! YOU NEED TO READ IT! i was crying when i read it! I am going to miss her so much next year!! She is like the only person I have right now who understands the swimming i want to do! She's the nicest, sweetest and BEST training partner ever! OMG she got THREE fast skin 2's for Jr Pan Pacs! That LUCKY girl! haha AND they are read, white and blue AND she said she is going to give me one of her t-shirts! hey all!! whats up?! wow woohu has a new setting its kinda weird its going to take a bit to get use to! lol soo yea lets see OMG tomorrow is HOLIDAY CLASSIC!!!! wooooOOO!! haha i am excited it should be some good times!! lol! so yeaa i hope i swim well i was out of teh water for 5 days because of damn bronchitis and just mis haveing pneumonia!! good thing i didnt have pneumonia because then i would have been out of the water for a lot longer than 5 days!! lol!! and tonight is my last father daughter dinner dance! tear! lol! but yea back to this weekend i am swimming: 200 IM, 200 free, 500 free, 200 fly, 400 IM, 200 breast, 100 free and the 1650 free and of course RELAYS!! yess haha i <333 doing relays! so this should be a fun weekend getting to see everyone that i didnt get to see b/c we didnt go to classic! too bad some of the ex-mymers wont be there! =(! lol! but i am rooming with BRIE this weekend YAY! just like old times!!! awww! lol! but yea i gotta go finish packing and get ready for tonight! wooo! lol i am very chloriny cause i swam today already!!! wooo! haha but yea thast all for now!!! hey all!!!! whats up?!?! OMG i haven’t update in SUCH a long time i am really sorry about this i know that my journal is the reason why a lot of people live! HAHA jk but yea i know you you are all excited to learn whats been happening in KOB land. oh god. haha so yea where shall i begin o yea our meet in NYC was 2 weekends ago and it sucked meagerly.... don’t want to talk about it that much too lol i think the only race i had that was half decent was my 400 IM but still my time was less then spectacular lol! o i saw Brian Hoffman that weekend o man thought i was going to kill him but none the less i missed him tremendously! lol so last week was blah i got a NEW cell phone and i was sick that’s all that really happened o and of course MOUNT SWIMMING HAS COMMENCED! yahoo! im excited were going to be awesome again this year! ESSEX COUNTY CHAMPS... what! haha yea im MO excited lol.. WOOO! haha so yea i have been practicing really well these past 2 weeks i am proud of myself! lol it’s been nice to feel in shape again after not being in shape for such a long time because i was on recruiting trips and such! lol! O YES and finally this week was THANKSGIVING BREAK! wooooooo! haha it was awesome let me tell u! lol swimming and eating and seeing the college kids! soo yea lets see yesterday i swam and went to adrenaline, went shopping with my mom and then went out with Catie and Tara oo man goood times! haha! friday- TWO two-hour practices. enough said there! lol o and team bonding experience @ my house it was a lot of fun too! except i called someone cause i was an idiot and made a complete ass out of myself and now i wont talk to them... blah. boys are WAY to fucking complicated to figure out.. whatever im over it.... hence "goodbye to you" get it, got it, GOOD! thursday TURKEYY day woooooooo a lot of amazing food great day thank you! lol i am thankful for a lot of things in my life like my fam, friends, swimming and the fact that i am in college WOAH thank you for that one! YAHOO!!! hey all! whats up?! lol soo yea this has been a pretty eventful week let me recap for y'all!
lol sooo yea on HALLOWEEN i did a lot of work all day! lol then @ night like everyone came over and we played some INTENSE manhunt! lol it was crazyyy! haha i even hurt my muscle playing but ooo well it was def worth it! lol then i went to morning practice on monday i was tired but i survived and got my bagel and coffee after practice so i was good! lol then school was blah as usual thennn i went to swimming again. pretty much the same thing happened for the entire week school and swimming but yea on thursday night was the freshman lock-in! WOOO! haha it was SO much fun but i didn’t get any sleep at all so i slept from 8:30-4 today hahaha then i went to swimming again... cant you just imagine how great my life is school and swimming.... =( not a lot of fun! haha but tonight i went to the mount dance for an hour it was an embarrassment to our school o man it was pretty bad! haha so yea after that tar, britt, danielle, catie, kate and i went to Forte then Dunkin OMG then Kate Tar Catie and I went to Kyle’s house hahahaha Kevin’s car i wanted to see his reaction sooooo badly! lol soooo yea that about sums up my week! hey all! whats up?! lol OMG this week has been the longest week of my life! all of my teachers like PILED on the work it was CRAZY! haha i had so many tests, papers and projects this week its so bad! lol but thank god its FRIDAY! haha so yea this weekend should be a lot of fun considering the amount of homework i have to do! haha i have to write 2 papers one is 4 pages and the other is 2. outline history chapter 16. precal problems like 20. and write my stuff for the yearbook! craziness! lol but OMG today in school for HALLOWEEN britt, catie, tara, jenn, kate, melissa, alex, amanda, cat, danielle and dressed up as the teachers for school! haha it was awesome i was Mrs. Hirce! lol it was great i had so much fun dressing up! OMG it was so amazing i had SO much fun!!! lol! but yea when i first got there i saw Ed and Bill then i went to a lot of meetings but they were cool and all of the other recruits were awesome toO!! lol! but yea then we went to the CREAMERY omg it was awesome let me tell u!! haha then we went back to the pool and waited for the team to finish practice and we ate A LOT of pizza it was soo good! haha then we watched the homecoming parade it was so funny haha and i got to talk to a lot of the PSU swimmers and they were all so cool! then a lot of the swimmers and the recruits walked downtown to get some frozen yogurt it was very tasty! lol then i went back to my host Molly and Nikki's room and we watched some tv and went to sleep! i had to wake up early Saturday morning to go to practice and they had to swim outside it was freezing!! lol then some of the recruits and i swam and went off the diving boards it was awesome i loved it! lol then we all got changed and we had breakfast with Bill it was really helpful! lol then we walked over to the FOOTBALL GAME! it was so awesome we went to a tailgate and everything it was so much fun and there was so much food i loved it!! lol! then we went to get our tickets and we went down onto the FIELD! omg it was so amazing we were like 5 feet from Joe Paterno and we saw all the football players it was so awesome i was so excited! haha then we went to watch the game and we left after halftime because it was freezing then we went back to Molly's dorm and watched the rest of the game!! haha then Nikki and i walked downtown and i bought some PENN STATE stuff! lol i was excited! when we got back to the dorm we watched the beginning of Save the Last Dance then we went to eat dinner and then pumpkin carving! haha Kerry and I were really bad @ it ooo well! lol then we were talking to all of the swimmers and it was so awesome i loved it soooooo much!!!!! hahah! then after all the carving and talking we went back to Molly's room and watched the rest of Save the Last Dance and then to bed!! we woke up early this morning to go to the Waffle House and it was SOOOOO good! haha i loved it French toast and bacon! yummy!!!! lol then we went back to the dorm watched TV then i left to have my meeting with Bill and it went very well!! lol then my dad picked me up and now i am home!!!! haha! i had such a great time though the coaches and the team were so awesome and the school spirit was CRAZY!!! haha and of course the pool rocked!! lol but yea thats about all for now!!! love u all sooo much! ttyl
