Weezer10GK: she siad that she talked to the cop, and he said that it wont go on my record because it happened on private property....and there is more good stuff too

Weezer10GK: he said that his boss told him to come over here and write me a ticket for leaving the scene of the accident but after he had talked to me he couldnt do it because i was so respectful to him and didnt swear at him or even raise my voice and was cooperative with him
Nanmccart: what accident? Well it pays to be nice, huh?
Weezer10GK: since ithappened on private property it doenst go to state, it stays in the city and tahts why it doesnt go on my record no matter what
Nanmccart: well that is a good thing, has the Toyota girl said anything else to you?
Weezer10GK: and he put on the back that there is under 400 in damage (the limit is 401 for us to have to pay), so the insurance will contact you if they need to, but shes gonna have to pay for everything because of her deductable

well aparently this girl is a huge shit talker and lies in other areas of her life too...

so she was shit talking our team as a whole and said that we are all tomboys, masculine, that one of our captains is a lesbian and thought that my hitting her car was an act of retaliation for her not being into/good at the game. wtf she is so messed up. but that last one definatly made me laugh for a minute or so

yes its 325 and im awake...
well to top off the worst night ever, i get the worst night/morning.

so there is someone knocking on the door, i dont get up to answer it bc i figured it was someone being dumb. then they POUND on the door and i didnt asnwer it because i was scared. so they call the room and i asnwer the phone and they say the cops are at my door, go open it. so i do, and they tell me that i hit this car and then i left the scene of the crime....first of all i didnt hit it, secondly I DIDNT FUCKING HIT THE CAR. and if i had, i woudl have stopped. thirdly, if the hit was that bad then i would have at least noticed it...i was going like 1 mph bc some kid was behind me walking.

so now i have to contact my insurance which will be fucking awesome bc it will go up and my mom will be pissed, and i cant afford either of those. man for her sake i really hope she doesnt go to practice on monday, bc not only me, but deanna (my friend who was in the car...well not really but she said she would back me up, so we lied to the cops and told them she was with me) who the cops went to her door too at 3 fucking am too. i felt bad about that, but she stuck with our story (the true story minus her being in my car) so were safe.

the part that really fucking pisses me off though is that i talked to this bitch ass on the phone for like 20 minutes and we decided that we would take care of it on monday because im not going to be here all weekend, and then she goes and calls the fucking cops?? wtf....now in my book that deserves an ass kicking

hmm....
well today after our game one of my teammates who is a freshman who is the biggest bitch ive ever met, and who thinks she knows everything (even about things she really knows nothing about came up to me and accused me of hitting her car. so she comes up to me and is like "you hit my car" and i go "i didnt hit your car" and she goes "yes you did" to which i responded "i didnt fucking hit your car, prove it then i'll talk to you" she goes "we'll talk". so this is what i emailed her.....
well first of all i have a few things to say reguarding this.
1. i know for a fact i didnt hit you
a. when i parked there was only one car next to me and i know whose it was.
b. i can acount for all scratches/dents/etc on my car, and i see nothing new, and if i had hit you (which i hadnt) it would have took paint from my car.

2. unless you saw this happen there is no way you can prove it, even though i know it didnt happen.

3. if i did hit you i would have left a note on the car saying that i did and my contact information, or gone to campus safety and found out whose car it was and contacted the owner.

4. i have a perfect record, ive never hit anything while driving any vehicle, all the dents, etc. on my car are from when my grandma had it or from things (carts) or other people hitting me.

5. this is the only car ive owned and have been driving it for 4 years, i know exactly how much room i need, what i can and cannot fit into, and every other intricacy you can think of having to do with that car.

6. if youre gonna start shit with someone you best be able to back it up or have some evidence, start shit with me and i will win, i dont lose, especially when i know im right.

weekend update...
friday: had lax practice, then rachelle got here at like 10 for "little sibs weekend". we hung out, went to the kc and did kareoke (no clue how to spell that one)....ice ice baby...what else. then came back and hacked it up with my ra for like 2 hours. went to bed.

saturday: ate some breakfast, went down to the dow but it was all being used up so we hung out in my room till her parents got here at like 130...she was supposed to have a soccer game, but it got cancelled. which sucks bc it would have been cool to hang out. so i did some reading, did some naping and some tv watching....and heres the best part....went to bed at 930...ahhaa..

sunday: ate some food, did some studying, went to a study session, ate some more food, went to u of m and got masacred 15-0 and they werent trying and stopped scoring with 15 minutes left in the 2nd half and basically practiced their plays on our defence. tons of fun. now its 1149 and i have to do some studying and go to bed.

oh yeah....woo hoo for state bball... boo for uconn and boo for syracuse and boo for gonzaga.

i just wanted to say sorry in advance....bc i suck this semester more than normal, so i will be hibernating in my room studying my life away so that i can get a 3.0 in my major and remain in the education department. other wise im going to be here at albion for like ever...like 5 years. I LOVE SCHOOL!! (i hope you can feel the sarcasm oozing from that one)

spring break.....real quick
friday: at the H all day with my mom. shes all good, the surgery was quick and we were home by 5. went to greek town for dinner with hilary and mills. then went to tims.

saturday: laid around all day, then hung out with mark, we played some bball in the driveway (yes on the ice) and went bowling.

sunday: church, laid around, bible study with stein, hung out with janet, mel and ryan

monday: laid around, went to the mall, was stalked by janet and mel ;-) celebrated ryans b-day

tuesday: went to the mall again to switch things i got, hung out with janet, and then janet mel and tony.

wednesday: church, basketball (mark came), went to hilary's, went in deannas hot tub and to the grocery store (in board shorts and a hoodie...to get ice cream!) put in a movie (which will remain unnamed) and fell asleep.

thursday: drove home, dont remember what i did in the day time, sorry whoever i was with. went to hilary's again, hung out with her, got mauled by her huge dogs.

friday: drove home, watched some bball, hung out with my mom, we went to dinner and then to the movies and saw "million dollar baby" it was really good, i would suggest seeing it.

saturday: woke up, showered, went to a cabin in canada with hilary, emily, matt and ashley. it was a lot of fun.

sunday: came home, went to school, went to the practice that was cancelled! and now its 933, im realllly tireed and going to bed

so i for sure have a job at spring hill this summer, they sent me an email saying so and a contract in the mail. Now im just waiting for Stony. I'm really not sure which i would rather do.

stony - i've been there before, i would actually have my own cabin, i know and like the every day stuff that goes on there, more money, not by much, but i'll take what i can get. kinda far if i want to see my family.

spring hill - it just seems cool, i've always wanted to go there, its like an hour and a half from my uncle and aunts house, so if i ever wanted to go somwhere on the weekend i could go there, or if i wanted to see my mom or something we could both go there. i wouldnt have my own cabin, i'd be an activites counselor from what it souned like, high ropes.

i dont know, i guess we'll just see when everything comes together, maybe i wont have to make a decision at all.
