Shopping And Anime Ramblings
I went to Brighton today, which was really crowded because of the sales and stuff. I discovered that the Borders there now stocks manga (!!!) and I picked up Demon Diary Volume II and D.N. Angel Volume I. There was so much there, I could hardly choose. I wanted to get another volume of Naruto, but they only had volumes I and III, not volume II. I was tempted by Rurouni Kenshin and Chobits, and they had FAKE as well (but no Gravitation..)
I wouldn't have minded getting a DVD as well, but I couldn't find anything that I particularly wanted. HMV and Virgin Megastores are the only places you can usually find anime DVDs, and they don't stock most of the series I like (again, no Gravitation..)

Christmas Presents
This song is so good.. I can't stop listening to it!
Anyways, here's what I've had for Christmas from my family so far:
From my parents:
Cds: Tiamat's A Deeper Kind of Slumber and Nitro's AFI Retrospective CD
Books: the new Redwall, the Switchers trilogy
Manga: Yu-Gi-Oh volume 2, Naruto volume 1, Inu-Yasha volume 1
Plus a necklace with a rune on it, an Emily Strange calendar, the second .Hack//Sign DVD, and some bits of make-up and stuff.
(Apparently there might be something else that hasn't turned up yet, but I'm not sure what it is.)
From my sister: the new Samurai Girl book
From the grandparents: a pretty silver chain necklace

Test Results
I AM 62% METAL HEAD! I rock just as hard as the rest of the thrash set, except when no ones looking I like to get down with a little "More than a Feeling." |
I AM 59% GEEK! Nerd, Freak, Geek, Dweeb. Sound familiar? That's okay, cause I will be the richest person at my 15th year high school reunion. If a "con" isn't happening that weekend. |
I AM 46% INTERNET ADDICT! I could go either way. Deep into the madness of nights filled with coding CGI-Scripts and online role playing games, or I could become a normal user. Good luck! |
(I should show my dad this. He thinks I'm completely, hopelessly addicted.)
I AM 12% WHITE TRASH! I, my friend, have class. I am so not white trash. . I am more than likely Democrat, and my place is neat, and there is a good chance I may never drink wine from a box. |

New Layout!
I've changed my layout at last. This one's based around Naruto, my favourite anime. I decided to use an image I found of one of the characters (Uchiha Itachi) when he was an ANBU (special type of ninja in the series, a sort of elite police force) for my user icon, and I've got a tile of the ANBU tattoo in the background.

I haven't updated in forever! I half forgot, and half couldn't be bothered to update, but I've finally got around to it.
Christmas Day is tomorrow (really? I'd never have guessed..) I've finally finished making all the family Christmas cards, although I've still got presents to wrap up, but I'm getting there.
I think I've been watching too much anime, and it's starting to affect me. I've developed a liking for Japanese pop music. It's weird putting my iTunes on random now... one moment it's power metal, the next punk, then J-pop. Yay for random music!

Brighton
I went to Brighton today, which was tiring, but pretty cool. I bought the first .hack//SIGN DVD, the first volume of the Yu-Gi-Oh manga, and some new pencil crayons (my current ones are too waxy for anything other than my school art stuff - I needed something for my anime art.) I wanted to buy a CD, but they're too damn expensive. Sure, I could afford £16.99 for Moonspell's Darkness And Hope, but I can get it from Century Media for £12. HMV and Virgin Megastores suck.

It's been a while... Again. Too much has happened lately, and I haven't had much time to update. That and my current fanfiction addiction (it rhymes!)
So.. I helped my dad out at his office yesterday, earned just over £30, and today persuaded him to let me join The Despair Faction! (That's AFI's fan club for anyone who's curious.) It'll be about a month before the membership pack turns up, but I had instant access to the restricted boards and DF website.
Hopefully I'll update later about what's been happening lately.
