"To be apt in quotation is a splendid and dangerous gift. Splendid, because it ornaments a man’s speech with other men’s jewels; dangerous, for the same reason." Robertson Davies

Good morning

I would like to crawl out of my clothes and fall back into bed and wrap the blankets around myself and just drift back to sleep.

Why? Not because I'm tired, no. It's just because I don't want to face the massive amount of homework I'll recieve, and the dirty looks I'll get from the homework I didn't even attempt. Oh, and the test I have today which I haven't read the chapter for.

Fuck.

Amusing?

We hit a deer on the way to my house.

It was the scariest thing to ever happen to me.

We're okay.

Anticipation

This play will be the death of me. Well, not me really, just my grades. I haven't gotten home earlier than 10 in a long time. And I'm so tired when I get home, all I want to do is go to sleep. Tonight I actually have some energy, which is the only reason I'm still awake. Must have been the coke. I have a backpack at my feet filled with three subjects of homework. It will stay there until morning when I leave for school. Oh well, school is just a haze to me anyway. I can't remember anything, and I can't pay attention enough to even try. We are in the hardest chapter of biology, which I think might be a good thing, and I know nothing. I write down the notes she gives us, but nothing sticks. Just two more days though, I can f(m)ake it. I'll sleep all day Sunday and be back to myself in time for Monday.

Oh yeah, and, I have three comics coming. They'll be done by next week.

Coming Soon...The CS

I'm so excited about the play. It's coming along quite nicely. Every part of it is so much fun. I don't know what I like better, doing tech stuff, or being on stage.

I really wish I would have tried out for other plays, or would have gotten involved at all.

No school Friday (for play people, that is), and then only Monday and Tuesday of next week and then we're on Thanksgiving Break.

Also, our project for TV Pro is finally coming along. If I had known how easy editing is, it would have been done awhile ago.

Everything is so good right now.

HOLY COW

Illumination

Want to hear a crazy story?

I was at school for over 13 hours today.
The end.

Working in the auditorium is so much fun. Whether it's play practice or doing lights and stuff, it's awesome. I'm definitely working the tech crew during the musical, and any other times I'm able to. I might like it enough to want to go to college for it.

I'm so tired..goodnight.

Correct; Kiss, Flash, Fondle.

Studying has never been so much fun. I'm really starting to enjoy biology, or at least, the process I've designed to learn it with.

I must make a stop at the local library pretty soon. I really want to read. Hm...I need a library card.

There is never an end

I want to start reading more. I've been watching a lot of cool movies lately, and for some reason, it has made me think. Have any of you seen The Machinist? If not, I say, drop whatever you are doing, run to the nearest video rental place, and rent or steal or buy it. Well, maybe it isn't that good, but I thought it was awesome.

Anyway, I've made a list of books I want to read. Sadly, it only contains three books.

Fight Club
A Clockwork Orange
The Idiot

I've seen the movies of Fight Club and A Clockwork Orange, and they were both awesome, so that's why I want to read those. And, for the The Idiot, the guy in The Machinist was reading it.

What a pointless entry.

Still haven't figured out how to shift my journal to the right yet. A code would be nice if anyone knew it.

If anyone could tell me the html for moving your journal from one side of the page to another, I would be very happy and thankful.

Well, the new apartment is nice. Dont really spend much time there but its still nice to have. Work is alright, tiring but meh, its money. The tattoo convention was fun. Dresden Dolls concert was fun. Things are alright lately, could be better. Someday we'll have it back....someday. Oh well, I cant complain.

Brothers in arms(earned in blood) has been taking up most of my time the past couple of days. good game, rent it, kill some nazi scum.

Anyway, i dont know why i bothered updating, pretty pointless, no one cares.

Later.

Mission Complete

I change this journal around, and I think it looks awesome. It's another one of those pictures I took with Amanda's dad's camera.

I want a camera now.

Concrete and Ash

We did some more exploring today, and it was awesome. Took more pictures, got more scratches and grass and mud stains. I don't ever want to wash these pants again, because of how cool they look with the tears and stains. Now I know why people buy them that way; they're too girly to explore.

Six months tomorrow. How cool is that? We don't have school on our monthiversary. The circumstances are sad, yes, but still, it's cool.

I love how I redid my Alastar journal. It makes me want to redo this one. I'll have to take more pictures like the one on that journal.

true stuff
Not really a big Jack Johnson fan but i love this song

Well, you win, it's your show now
So what's it gonna be
Cause people will tune in
How many train wrecks do we need to see
Before we lose touch of
We thought this was low
Well, it's bad, getting worse so

Where'd all the good people go
I've been changing channels
I don't see them on the TV shows
Where'd all the good people go
We got heaps and heaps of what we sow

They got this and that
With a rattle'l'tat
Testin, 1, 2
Man, what you gonna do
Bad news, misused
Got too much to lose
Gimme some truth
Now whose side are we on
Whatever you say, turn on the boobtube
I'm in the mood to obey
So lead me astray, and by the way now

Where'd all the good people go
I've been changing channels
I don't see them on the TV shows
Where'd all the good people go
We got heaps and heaps of what we sow

Sitting around, feeling far away
So far away, but I can feel the debris
Can you feel it
You interrupt me from a friendly conversation
To tell me how great it's all gonna be
You might notice some hesitation
Cause it's important to you, it's not important to me
But way down by the edge of your reason
Well, it's beginning the show
And all I really wanna know is

Where'd all the good people go
I've been changing channels
I don't see them on the TV shows
Where'd all the good people go
We got heaps and heaps of what we sow

(Where'd all the good people go)
They got this and that
With a rattle'l'tat
Testin, 1, 2
Man, what you gonna do
Bad news, misused
Gimme some truth
You got too much to lose
Now whose side are we on
But everyday anyway, ok whatever you say
(where'd all the good people go)
Wrong or resolute, I'm in the mood to obey
Station through station
Desensitizing the nation

Where'd all the people go

Going, going, gone

:: Music: Get Some Mix: Version Four

Dead cameras and blank CDs

This is the best mix I have ever created. It's went through a few revisions, but now I think it is perfect. It only took 4 or 5 months and about 30 songs. These are the perfect 19.

This was a great weekend. Friday was fun downtown with certain people that I don't know if I can name because I don't want to start a(nother) fight.

Amanda and I went a lot of places yesterday. This soccer field in Sparta that had a creek in the back with all this broken concrete and cool rusty railroad tracks that went over it. Then to Greenville, to this river under a bridge. Oh, and more railroad tracks with scary sounds and creepy people in Suburbans. We took a bunch of cool pictures with her dad's camera. I couldn't get them on my computer though, because it's a different camera than I have and I don't have the right cord. I will put some up here when I get them, though. They are suh-weet.

This is the part of the weekend I hate. I save my thousand pounds of homework for 8 o'clock Sunday night and then end up staying up late so that I'm exhausted on Monday morning. Oh well, the fun part was worth it.

I'm not good at updating this, which is why I hardly do it anymore. It's lost something. Importance, probably.

Glint and gleam

Tomorrow might just be the most awkward day of my life. I'm going out to dinner with Amanda, her mom, dad, and grandma, and my mom and Mark. Her grandma wanted to meet my parents, and she also wanted my parents and Amanda's to get to know each other.

At least it's at Pizza Hut.

I'm excited about the play. Practice sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun.

Go flying monkeys!
