Well this is my last night to be had in South Florida, and I'm spending it on Atlantic Ave. I'm gonna miss the fact that the beach is so close but I'm sure I'll find plenty of things in Orlando to take its place. Now I'm off to go listen to some good music, and maybe some poetry...who knows.
Goodbye South Florida, it's been fun.

My life is now sitting in a few boxes in my livning room. It felt kind bad going through the stuff I was gonna bring because as I said no to certain things I felt as if the inanimate objects were getting their feelings hurt of something. So I burnt everything I'm not taking. I have two more nights here, and then it's over...or beginning. hello, I love you.

Rush Concert
The concert tonight was really great, about as good as last time. They got rid of a few of their more notable songs to make room for some new songs but it was worth it. I wasnt really a fan of their new cd but when they played the songs live it made me happy. They did not play New World Man, Freewill, or Distant Early Warning...and of course they never play Closer to the Heart. They did play Xanadu (perhaps my personal highlight of the night) and Between the Wheels. Opened with a medley of songs from their debut album but the first song was Spirit of Radio. They closed with Limelight.
The drum solo wasn't as good as from the last tour. That drum solo seemed to have a 'story' to it, like it progressed throughout. This one was kinda normal, nothing incredibly spectacular, kinda the same 'base' as the old solo but missing the parts that made it great.
I had alot of fun, and the seats were amazing, i was about 25 feet from the stage on the right, the side where geddy always was on.

RUSH Concert Tonight!
Concert starts at 7:30 at Coral Sky (I don't know what it's called now, I still call it Coral Sky). Going to dinner beforehand. Hopefully it will be as great as the 2001 concert, I'm sure it will be.

Today I rode my bike for about 2 hours today which was interesting, my legs needed it. Then I went with a friend down to Pompano Beach to test drive a 1988 Porsche 924 S for her, it was manual of course. then i got a call to go play hockey at around 5 and got picked up at about 9 played til 11:30 and now im home. I think I did pretty well and aside from a few weird deflections none of the goals really angered me. good night!

New journal layout which seems to me at least alot less childish, and alot more pleasing to read.
Got the new Aquateen Hunger Force DVD today and it's really neat of course. I'll be watching that today while I try not to get any more sick, I'm fighting it because I want to do more stuff today. I've been up since 8:30 and have already made some progress.

:: Music: Pink Floyd - The Wall (the album)
Wireless came about 20 minutes ago and it is now set up completely, with only one wire visible for the dsl modem. AirTunes works great, the network works great, everything is great. I smiled once again when I opened the packaging, I just love the way apple packages its products, it's very modern I guess you could say. Whatever it is, I like it and it makes me smile.

Just found out that AirportExpress should be here Friday afternoon! And they said it wouldn't even ship until Friday. That's kinda cool and hopefully the plans for saturday with the Apple Powerbook get together will go through as planned.
