I've had this stupid twitch in my left side since yesterday afternoon! How do I make it stop?

it stops when i move around, but then when i sit back down it starts again.

Kyle, that generally means you need a little more potassium. Eat a banana or something else with a lot of potassium and it should go away. (seriously, I'm not kidding)
