just wait, whenever he finishes a speech he gets this grin on his face like a little boy who has just used the toilet for the very first time.

but this is special since it's not a prepared speech so he can't use cue cards...he's so lost when it's not written out for him.

like his father said about dan quayle, "he's a good guy, just not very bright"

Haha! It's so true. And he'll try to crack a couple jokes too. I think I just heard him say "inkling" a couple times. Hahaha.
